Enjoy beachside bliss in this stylish 2BR/2BA Madeira Beach condo—just steps from the sand (across the street) and a short walk to John’s Pass! Relax on your private balcony with Gulf views or soak up the sun at the pool. Includes full resort access, Wi-Fi, parking, and beach gear—towels, chairs, umbrella, and buggy. Elevator to the 4th floor for easy access to your coastal getaway!

We are located on the 4th floor of the building, with elevator access and free parking for 1 car. You will enter into the fully equipped, brand new kitchen with granite countertops and all the essentials for cooking. There is bar seating, as well as a dining table for 4 n the open living and dining area with a Queen sofa and 2 comfy chairs. The condo features smart TVs.

Off of the living room, you have sliders to your private balcony and from the master bedroom you can see the Gulf from your King size bed! This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.

In the hallway off the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer laundry closet, a guest bath with standup shower and the doorway to the smaller 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a full size bed, dresser and a mounted smart TV on the wall.

Guests have full resort privileges to access most amenities including a well equipped gym located in the adjacent building.

Heated Pool and Hot Tub, Beach access across the street via a public crosswalk and the ability to park one (1) vehicle.

The resort is walking distance to John`s Pass Boardwalk, which features numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do including boat and jet ski rentals.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you. I live nearby, and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need.

This condo is located in Madeira Bay Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and John`s Pass Boardwalk a block away. If you`re looking to enjoy the beach, water activities, shopping and restaurants, this is an amazing location! Madeira Beach was named the #5 beach in America, competing with several other Gulf towns in the area. There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the condo, though there are many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.

Guests will have access to parking for one car during their booked stay. Parking is limited directly in the beach areas, though there are paid lots and garages should you need to park a second car or have a visitor for the day.

If you do not have a vehicle, there is so much you can walk to and delivery service options are available for groceries, food, liquor, baby equipment, etc. Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as the PSTA Trolley system that travels between the local beach areas south to St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach to the North.

Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property.

Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time.

No Parties! No Gatherings!

No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.

No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.

Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.

- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.

- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.

- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

- Parking Pass is issued for a Standard private passenger vehicles - 1 only NO other vehicles.

- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.

- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony

- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged

- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie. 1 dog allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.
