Kihei Kai Nani #12-337 is an updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the 3rd floor. Enjoy outdoor living with a private 1500 sq ft. private balcony! It has a fully-equipped kitchen, window A/C in both the living room and bedroom, 2 flat-screen TVs, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and free Wifi. There is a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. For outdoor enjoyment, Kihei Kai Nani #12-337 has a large private rooftop deck, beach chairs, and beach towels.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Please Note: This unit is on the third floor with no elevator available. Sleeps 4.
Kihei Kai Nani is located right across from the world renowned Kamaole Beach Park #2. This gorgeous beach is famous for its long sandy shoreline, clean clear water for snorkeling, and great body surfing. Whale watch, paddle board, walk the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. It is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Kihei Kai Nani has a 60ft swimming pool, shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, a coin-operated laundry room, complimentary internet service and free parking. Kihei Kai Nani is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

great communication with the management company except when we let them know that the vacuum had broken and it took several days for them to get back to us with a Cleaner. The suite is fantastic, needs a couple of small things replaced, which we let the cleaner know as well as the management company so hopefully they will address that. Our kids slept on the sofa bed, which was OK however it could use a much better mattress. The huge patio made this sweet very good value for money. It was lovely to have that all to ourselves. We also appreciated the beach chairs and toys.

Very hard master bedroom mattress. The pull out bed is dirty and super thin, incredibly uncomfortable. This unit should not be listed as suitable for 4!

Good location, nice lanai

The stay was easy - clean, good location to walk/drive to most snorkeling spots we wanted to check out, and check in/out was smooth. Nice bonus was a really big rooftop lanai! One note - the sofa bed is a uncomfortable, but the mattress on the floor did the trick!

Great Location in Kihei

We really enjoyed our stay at Kihei Kai Nani. This location was referred to us by friends who have been coming back to KKN for years. The property is well maintained and everything was in working order. Can't say enough about the many amenities within walking distance, including groceries, liquor sales, restaurants, etc. Kam beach 2 is right across the street and made our beach days very easy; also enjoyed the daily sunset views from the popular sitting wall along the beach. Our two points for improvement: umbrellas in our unit weren't useful (really need the screw-in type for the windy times...we were able to borrow one from a friend) and the AC in the bedroom was on a 1 HR timer, which was a bit of a pain.

Very nice although dated property in awesome location

Condo is nicely somewhat renovated. Bed was too small for us as we are used to a king and this seemed like a double so used the sofa bed which was alright. Great location and clear instructions for check-in and out. Loved the huge deck!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. The bed in the bedroom had a great mattress and there was plenty of space in the living room for the pull out sofa. The amazing part of the condo is the large deck; a great place for friends and family to gather. What surprised us the most is how well stocked the kitchen was. It had enough spices and oil and other cooking supplies!

Reviewer Comments: RentalMaui are excellent to deal with, they respond quickly to your inquiries,The unit 12-337 is as presented in the photos, clean and comfortable. The shower has great water pressure along with nice attachments. Unit has A/C but was not required during our stay (great trade winds on third floor). The complex is very small, giving it a boutique feel, quiet with ample parking and a nice pool. Convenient laundry close to all units and friendly staff. Oh yeah and just a few steps to a lovely beach and nice restaurants.

we liked it. have stayed in KKN many times. only suggestion would be to leave better instructions for the TV and some instructions for the AC and lights/fans. took some time to figure it out. never did get the TV in living room onto cable, just Netflix.

Paradise!

We loved this little home away from home! The short walk to the beach is unbeatable, close to convenience stores, restaurants, and shops! There was a lot of amenities that were provided to make this comfortable for us. I love that there were beach supplies (chairs, coolers, beach towels, floaties, extra sunscreen and more). There was an AC in the living area and bedroom which was heavenly after long days in the sun. Two things that could be improved are: •fan in bathroom was not working so showers made the apartment very muggy •garbage disposal in kitchen did not work so the sink drains poorly. Nothing that changed our experience though! We would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip from Big Island

Fairly clean unit, great location. We are from Big Island, so expect bugs, but a medium/large cockroach ran across my husband's head at 2 am. Maybe leave less supplies under the bed to reduce bug hiding spots. Or leave roach motel in inconspicuous places. We use usually use Home Defense about every 3 months. Works great. Plenty places to eat neat by, but the full kitchen cuts down on cost. Had a great time.

It had air conditioning but it was so noisy we never used it. There were ceiling fans in the living and bedroom which helped but it was quite warm. There were beach chairs and snorkeling equipment available in the unit. The shower was good.

Location Great-Condo needs TLC

The location is excellent, the condo needs updated and repaired… 1. Main screen door has large gaps, that could allow bugs in if we didn’t keep the solid door closed. You can tell that this is a “replacement door” as it doesn’t match any other condo doors. 2. The slider screen door needs repaired as it wouldn’t slide smooth and kept popping off of the track. 3. Screens on the levered windows would fall out when windows were open. I did tighten the thumb screws and that helped. 4. The furniture cushions on the roof top patio were filthy and need replaced. We sat at the table one time and didn’t do it again as it was gross. 5. The beach chairs are really bad and dirty. We rented chairs from the company next door. 6. The slider closet doors did not slide and need repaired. 7. The carpet in the bedroom was filthy and needs to be deep cleaned or better yet replaced with tile to match the rest of the condo. The condo seems to be surfaced cleaned before renters show up, it needs a good deep clean. The decor is a hodgepodge of pictures that don’t match at all. (Looks like they went to a garage sale and picked up pictures) 8. FYI both air conditioners were on timers. The ac in the bedroom only would stay on for one hour at a time. So in the middle of the night we would have to turn the timer on multiple times. Kitchen was good and had plenty of utensils to use. Bathroom was good. Kia Nani is a great complex, the location is fantastic and amenity's were great and this is our second time staying in complex! The manager and other employees were awesome! We would recommend Kai Nani, but not this condo.
