The detached holiday home, built in 1997, is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, hammock, campfire site, and courtyard. A travel cot for children is available free of charge.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and central heating (wood/coal). Electric heating on request for individual room heating. The entrance is covered, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the vestibule with lounge. The ground floor and the upstairs apartment are accessible from the foreground. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen 40 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the 40 sqm balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at folding bed. American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 40 sqm and with dinette, TV, gas stove (1 flame), (3 plates), oven, refrigerator (200 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the balcony to the terrace. Separate toilet 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 2 single beds, (appropriate under 10 years) and 1 baby bed. You have access to the 4 sqm balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bathroom 12 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Satellite TV reception in Hungarian and German.

Cserszegtomaj. The holiday house is situated on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
