Very clean

Never Again!!

From the time we walked in, it was obvious that this condo was not "clean". It smelled musty and closed up for a while. So much so that we had to go out and buy something to freshen it up. I have pictures of a pile of dirt in the corner of the bathroom with hair that was there from the time we arrived all along the shower. The toilet paper holder is all rusted at the base. The filter in the tub looked atrocious. There were dirty dishes that had been left in the dishwasher. Many of the utensils we used had to be rewashed before we could use them. Please don't tell us that we should have contacted someone when we arrived about the state of this condo. THIS all should have been done BEFORE anyone arrived. I did not want strange people coming in where our family and belongings were. The stove is horrible, the refrigerator is broken in places with missing shelves in the freezer. There is what feels like A HOLE in the master bedroom at the foot of the bed!!!! And just take a whiff at the washing machine!!!! Oh my! This is NOT what my family signed up for. I guarantee you that this would NOT be the condo that any of your people would want to stay. We paid a lot of money for this week long stay. This was not ok!!! I also have pictures of the drawers of the kitchen cabinets. They look nasty! The items in the kitchen were in such disarray. I will add that there is construction going on. So much more to add, but it won't let me.

Fell short of expectations

The Condo was very nice but we found some scattered trash when we arrived. The Ceiling fans were growing 'dust fur' and had not been cleaned in sometime. There was a pair of men's underwear left in the washing machine. Some of the silverware was not clean in the silverware drawer and had to be washed again before use. For the cleaning expense we were charged, did not get great value upon our arrival. These are the fault of the management company not performing their due diligence to make sure the unit was ready to occupy. The location, the layout and the amenities were great. The enjoyment factor was not what it could have been because of the lack of cleanliness.

God location

It was the last condo on the strip so not too busy but it could use some updating. The storm door needs to be changed and not enough utensils in the kitchen. The patio and breakfast nook look bigger in photos

Horrible people managing this place!

Horrible people managing this place! We emailed great Southern rentals yesterday for a late check out and they responded late check out as always at noon. I would be happy to supply the email.

Problems for young families

Great location. Safety hazards for young children: - sliding door to third level won’t local - railing on balcony resembles a playground ladder - tangle of loose entertainment cords on floor next exposed outlet - front screen door doesn’t latch Other difficulties for young families: - crazy early 9:00 checkout - keeping up w/ dozen remotes to manage lights, fans, fireplace, sound, tv, cable, WiFi - TV can’t maintain connection to internet king enough to watch the shortest program. No regular tub to bath children

My husband, my adult son and myself spent one week at the Palm Beach Club.

The condo was on the ocean with upper and lower patios to sit on and watch the ocean. The pool was a nearby and was never crowded. Restaurants from fine dining were 5-10 minutes from the condo. The condo had an easy check in and out and was clean and comfortable.

First time family vacation

Awesome location, easy access, great pool, bay and gulf access. More items were on property that we would not have needed to bring. Not too fond of two story condo, but it was manageable.
