In our current times you will find reassuring we go to great lengths to make sure the place is cleaned properly and that on very frequent occasions between guests we perform a Ozone treatment on the place for that extra step to be safe and clean. Ozone is amazing, with the SARS virus scientist discovered that Ozone treatments kill 99.8% of Virus's. Also the entrance to the place is from outside NO inside hallways to walk down. Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so at times there will be neighbor noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.

#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

Jack's Place is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Grand Traverse region.

Jack's Place features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as MICROWAVE, POTS & PANS, COFFEE MAKER, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, TOASTER, BLENDER, SLOW COOKER and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.

This is a 2 BEDROOM unit with a queen size bed's the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” Smart TV, 100+Mbps WIFI . The bathroom has a FULL SIZE TUB/SHOWER HAIR DRYER, IRON & BOARD and a WASHER & DRYER to take care of your laundry needs.
