25B Olive Avenue- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
An ocean block, two-story cottage. This quaint little rental features a first-floor bedroom and laundry, with a small lounge area. The second floor includes one bedroom, a full bath, kitchen and living area.
There is off street parking for 2 cars.

The outside shower is shared with the main house.
This is a non smoking unit.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $160.50.

Second floor- 1 Queen

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

The property fit us just fine since it was just the 2 of us. Our only suggestion would be the addition of an outdoor space with a table and some chairs where you could enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon.

Not worth what I paid for.

The location was great. When we arrived to the apartment, the outdoor shower couldn’t be used because there was a lot of moss and floor boards missing. It wasn’t safe to use. That was a big draw for our family to be able to use an outdoor shower after the beach. We couldn’t use it. The dishes were dirty when we got them out to use them, no batteries in the remotes, couldn’t use the lamps in the downstairs bedroom. There wasn’t an extension cord to plug them in. The dryer was dirty. The cabinet was broken by the frig. The oven was dirty. Had dirty dishes in there. When we turned it on, all this smoke came from it. The internet wasn’t working when we arrived . Tje bathroom was dirty, especially the shower. We found a large, long black hair in the upstairs bedroom. The owner only refunded us 100 dollars which I thought was really bad. We paid 3,000for the week. To have all these issues going on, especially with the outdoor shower. they would have refunded more than that we will not be staying there next summer and will not be recommending it to others.

Location was great.

The location was great. It was disappointing because the house was dirty upon arrival and the water was not turned on. The cleaning people arrived quickly and addressed the issues which was appreciated. Our impression was we were the first guests of the season. Other than that the house was as expected and we had a great week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fine. I do have to say though that the cleaners literally “cleaned” in 20 minutes. We kept an eye on the place knowing we could not get in until 3, which was fine. But, the cleaners came at 2:40 and gone by 3. So as far as it being “cleaned” I’m gonna say it was maybe running the vacuum and maybe wiping down the counters if even that. There is no way it could have been cleaned in 20 minutes. Also, the bathroom needs a mirror. I have never stayed anywhere where the bathroom did not contain a mirror. That is just weird, lol. All in all the stay was fine. I am very glad it was updated as far as furniture because I know how dirty it was the last time we stayed there, so that was nice. It’s a very convenient place to stay and less than a block from the beach. Also, the ceilings fans in both the living room and upstairs bedroom were very noisy when turned up, so noisy that we couldn’t really have them on.

Great location but lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No doubt this is a sweet rental house, but it is in need of a good cleaning. It would take just a little work to make it perfect. A better outside area would be nice like a small table and a couple of flower pots would make a nice reading spot or just relaxing in the fresh air. But really clean, clean, clean.

Great location, but...

The good: fantastic location; comfortable beds and sofa-beds; adequate a/c; reasonable price. The bad: whole unit needs general upgrade. trash under beds. a/c returns filthy; blankets smelly and need good wash; many elec outlets not working; wi-fi router not working but replaced after 3 days; kitchen range old and rickity with loose coils; fridge door very stiff; furniture in main BR poorly located and drawers inaccessible; REALLY needs at least toilette and sink downstairs; stairs too steep and poorly located - hard for older folks like me; overall, felt more like a camping trip than a house near the beach.

Beach block bargain.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, location, location! Ideal location, close to beach, restaurants and the Avenue. Didn't realize how steep the stairs would be from photos...made move in and move out a bit tricky. Otherwise, not a big problem. Two parking spaces was a huge plus. Maintenance/cleaning could have been better, but got an instant response to our concerns from Coldwell Banker. Their maintenance guy was on site in no time, and rectified the shortcomings. All in all, I'd highly recommend.
