Park your car and walk everywhere - 3 BR/2BA condo located just 100 steps from the beach and the pool and 3 blocks to downtown, with balconies and indoor as well as outdoor dining for 8 overlooking the pool and a peak at the ocean. Perfect for 2 families or enough room for 1 family to spread out! 3 smart TVs with Disney, Hulu Live & Netflix, Ruko in a few places, Wi-Fi and keyless entry. Community BBQ grills on the grounds! PERFECT location with only steps to the beach for a dip in the ocean and return to the pool...... or take a dip in the pool then on the beach for the afternoon. After you have enjoyed a fun filled day at the beach, walk home and rinse off in the outdoor shower before walking the boards with the kids, stopping for ice cream and famous boardwalk fries, and visiting Funland. You can also take an evening stroll on the beach and boards, late dinner in downtown Rehoboth and just walk back to the condo.

Please note that pool closes on or around Labor Day. Some years we get a few extra weeks but no promises due to weather and lifeguard availability. Note: Under building height restrictions for parking so please check before bringing oversized vehicles.

Sleeps 8 (2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room). The master bedroom has its own renovated master bath and a balcony. Two rooms have their own Smart TVs and Hulu Live, Netflix, Disney+ and Roku. The dining area has seating for up to 8, with outdoor dining for up to 8 as well. An elevator for easy loading and unloading your car for a day at the beach! There is a washer and dryer for your use and central A/C.
2 beach umbrellas, 2 beach chairs and a few beach toys available for your use as long a previous tenants leave them in the same condition for your use. These are not' promised/guaranteed' items, keep in mind over time & summers use can be hard on these items. Let us know if there are any issues.

Renters to provide their own sheets, towels, and paper/soap products. Ask your agent for linen rental companies' options in our area.
Please report any damage during your stay. You have paid for damage insurance, but we need to be aware at the time to assure you & our owner is protected. Please call our office and let your realtor know right away.

Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Linens are not provided at this property, so you will need to bring sheets & bath sets. Ask your agent for linen company rental options in our area.

In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Rehoboth Beach accommodations tax of 7% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.
