This unique property is comprised of a main home and detached studio, you'll love the brand-new furnishings, high ceilings, white shiplap walls, and plenty of designer touches. The well-equipped and updated kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes, while resulting meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast counter, the stylish dining table, or alfresco on the wraparound deck. Kick back in the sun-soaked living area and stream TV shows, or relax on the deck with a cool drink and listen to the breezes playing through the high grasses. For sleeping options, the main house includes four well-appointed bedrooms, while the studio offers ultimate privacy and features a bed plus a TV. Extra perks include beach towels and an umbrella, an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand, a washer/dryer, and partial air conditioning for added comfort.

Ferry service from Bay Shore lands you in the heart of the Ocean Bay Park commercial district, which gives off a bohemian and breezy vibe. Downtown Ocean Bay Park features bay front dining at Schooners and Flynn's, a pizza parlor, ice cream shop, bagel store and deli, a grocery store, and a bicycle rental shop. And when you want to hit the beach, this home is just a short walk from the surf and sand.

- This home has a strict 30-year-old minimum age requirement. This rule does not apply to groups with young children.
- All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
