Come relax by the pool or take a dip in the hot tub after a long day skiing. TV offering cable and smart TV functionality. Amenities include: free shuttle stop that takes you anywhere in town, year round heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, underground parking lot, and ski lockers. Sleeps up to 4 people, King bed plus Queen sleeper sofa. The perfect mountain condo for anytime during the year.
**LOCATION**
Just steps from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. Only 0.3 miles to the closest grocery store (Fresh Market) and 0.4 miles to fast food, sporting good stores, movie theaters, car rentals and more! Perfect location for the Sundance Film Festival. Its only a 5 minute walk to Historic Main Street. 1.1 miles to the Egyptian Theater and other Sundance Film venues.
**GETTING AROUND**
The free bus stops directly outside the condo. It will take you anywhere you need to go in town for no cost. When you rent at this condo, you won't need a car. All shops, restaurants and retail stores are within walking distance. If you do require transport, our company can provide it. Alternatively throw the skis on your shoulder and its just a short one minute walk to the ski resort.
