Very nice!

This condo was clean and nice. Location was the best of all! Wonderful views! We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and had no issues at all!

Perfect location. Perfect size. Perfect place to stay.

This condo is right on the beach with a balcony facing the ocean. It was very clean and the perfect size (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, nice size kitchen and living area with pull out sofa bed and a great dining table for games!). Easy access to the beach. It was a perfect place to take my family! We had a blast!

Exceptional Getaway

Everything was wonderful, condo was perfect for my husband and I, furnished great and very clean. Hurricane Francine had a minor impact which gave us an opportunity to visit the Naval Museum, what an experience…..we will return again to Pensacola Beach🏝️

Short beach getaway

The location of the condo is fantastic! Right on the beach which is what we wanted. The view from the balcony was great for enjoying our morning coffee. Cleaning staff should check under the sofa bed more thoroughly, when my boys set it up they found crackers. Other than that I would say to add a couple extra towel sets. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back.

Perfect

We enjoyed the location of the condo and the layout of the 2 bedrooms. I've stayed at Regency Towers before, so I'm familiar with the amenities and love staying here! The only negative thing I can say about our stay is the water issue with the building and then the leak in our condo which caused our group to be down to 1 bathroom for 24 hrs. I would also recommend a pizza cutter and to let people know that the unit has a coffee pot and not a keurig. I would definitely stay here again.

Beach Stay

We enjoyed our stay, the only complaints are the ice maker didn’t work and we couldn’t find an ice machine in the property. We were hoping there were a few beach toys/chairs that would be in condo like our friends had in there’s that was in same building but there wasn’t so definitely bring your own!

Good location

Code did not work had to call to get reset only took a few minutes. Air conditioning noise on balcony it seem like a lot of outside residents used parking lot to park to get to beach Over all good location. Had everything we needed. Will probably stay again but would look at different unit in towers

LOTS OF CONSTRUCTION GOING ON!!

Emergency stairs by us blocked off, ceilings in that area around stairs was propped up to prevent collapse. Doors to beach in lobby area blocked off, used front entrance and walked around building to get to pool/beach. Moving scaffolding on both buildings. Our balcony door was propped shut from the outside and during one day we looked up and men were on balcony working. AND yes, a short sentence in Guest Services did say construction may be going on (will assume the worst next time) but never expected this..have photos--contacting owner/condo assoc. was a he should have said, she said situation.

Loved our stay at Regency Towers

This unit is very well appointed and has the most perfect beach view! We had everything we needed, parking was great. The only downfall was the maintenance that was going on in the building (painting, small exterior repairs) which were a little noisy during the day, and a water main break that sent us to the other building for one night - but I know those things are unavoidable. Weather was on the cool side but it was just perfect for us.

Great to relax on Pensacola Beach

Nice place. Great view from balcony. Pool. Beach. Ocean. Simple features. Beach umbrella and chairs will cost you $50 a day if don’t have your own. Clean beach. Nice condo building, security and parking. Great week spent walking beautiful shoreline😊👍🙏

Fun Girls Trip

The property was lovely. The condo was spacious and perfect for our group. The only issue was the washer dryer was out of order and was not mentioned to us prior to check in. The managers were accommodating but would’ve been good to know ahead of time. Overall was a good stay and we would stay here again.

Good condo but not without flaws

The condo was a great place. It was clean. Close enough to town but being a couple miles away really helped control the crowd on the beach. No issues with check in. Beds were comfy enough . Kitchen had plenty for you to use to cook etc. I would stay here again but it wouldn’t be my first choice. Main reason being is because the balcony is pretty much useless in summer. There is a utility closet on the balcony that I’m assuming houses the a/c unit. It is very loud AND there is a constant blast of very hot heat blowing from the vent in that closet . So sitting in direct sunlight in the dead of summer with probably 90 degree heat blowing on you just made it useless for us . Many of the outlets didn’t work. In the master bedroom only one plug from each outlet would work, if they worked at all. The carpet is also coming loose in the dining area and my daughter sliced her hand open because the carpet tacks were exposed . We had to keep a towel down there to prevent stepping on them. The guest bedroom didn’t have a tv remote.

Was not what we expected

Clothes caught on fire in the dryer, pool umbrellas were falling over. Carpet in the condo was nasty and coming up by the tile. A/c didn’t cool off the condo.

Absolutely beautiful view!

Absolutely amazing room and amazing view! Only thing that is making us not return to this specific room is that the ac unit on balcony made it very hot to enjoy balcony!

Went for Blues weekend

The facility was maintained well along with the cleanliness of the pool area. Rooms were good size with a nice kitchen area. Obtains the rental was user friendly. Would definitely rent again

It was clean and it was nice, but it has its cons for sure. And to be completely honest, I’ve stayed in nicer for cheaper. I would stay again, but I would look elsewhere first. Pros: clean property, clean unit and spacious living, bedrooms and closets, clean pool, great location, beachfront, and easy to get to the beach. The cons are only minor, but are enough to make me want to stay somewhere else for the money… Cons: when the AC kicks on, the vent is on the patio and it’s SO loud and makes it SO hot! You can’t hear the waves crashing and enjoy the patio unless you turn the unit up inside. That will only buy you a few minutes before it kicks back on because there is no way to turn it completely off that we could figure out. It was perplexing. Super tiny bathrooms. The shower in the master is spacious and the second bathroom shower is standard. It’s the actual space that the showers and toilets are in that’s the issue. It’s very tight. The dryer makes a horrible squeaking sound. It’s not constant, but when it starts it’s loud. The TVs are out of date. They need to be updated to smart TVs or at least have a device or fire stick. Just something with apps to be able to log onto your personal streaming services. Obviously not why were here, but it is nice to watch what you want to watch at the end of the day and not have to flip through cable channels hoping to find something on. Oh and the coffee maker stopped working this morning. Other than these things, it was a nice stay.
