Enjoy the outdoor gazebo during the summer for evening cookouts after a fun filled day at the beach. Your own DEDICATED-TWO parking spaces only steps to the house. Everyone needs a great getaway and this one just happens to be very affordable!! Book early to enjoy our beautiful home. Don't wait and end up disappointed in a second rate beach house with a motel/ hotel atmosphere. Evening walks on the beach enjoying the sounds of the surf and the ocean breeze. Quiet nights at the house with no neighbor above or below you making noise. Private parking 5 feet from the house making unloading and loading the car effortless. Play cards, have your morning coffee or just enjoy the peace and quiet on the second floor porch . Our goal is to make a wonderful beach vacation affordable at a safe, well equipped, homey beach house. We have the best weekly rate for a 3 bedroom house (not condo) guaranteed. Our rates will leave you with money for all the golf, restaurants, shows and shopping the Grand Strand has to offer. Our beach house is located in a quiet private neighborhood yet only a short walk to the beach. Rent a golf cart to ride around on with some of the money you will be saving. Bring your bicycle as our beach house is located on the town bike path. Wifi for your computer. Roku on all three televisions. Our goal is to price our home for the family looking to spend their money on the fun stuff. Our philosophy has always been to treat you as we would like to be treated.

If you are tired of sharing the rental cost, the tv remote and the bathrooms with others to save money ,then this beach house is for you. The rental rate for this home will leave you with cash in your pocket for all the fun stuff Myrtle Beach has to offer.
If you don't want to hear the vacationers in the condo above you or next to you coming and going at all hours than this is the vacation home you are looking for. Relaxation, peace and quiet and close proximity to all the best attractions make for a great vacation at a fantastic price. After a long lazy day at the beach and an evening at Barefoot Landing or Broadway at the Beach, when you settle into bed your neighbors won't be keeping you up here. Peace and quiet and rest and relaxation is in-store for you when you rent our cozy beach house.

Fully furnished house set up for quiet relaxation and enjoyment. Parking right outside your door makes the trip from car to house very short. You never have to search for a parking spot here. Rent a golf cart with the money you will save . Park the car and cruise the side streets in your golf cart. If you are planning on bringing a pet, please check the pet box and I need a description of your pet.

Clean and Spacious

This beach house is very clean and presents exactly as it looks in the pictures. All of the rooms/bedrooms are a good size and our family of five plus our dog were very comfortable. The kitchen has the expected cookware and appliances but there are no leftover spices like you sometimes find in other rentals, so consider packing some if you plan to cook a few meals. Plan on bringing dishwasher tabs, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper if you’re staying for more than a couple days. Lin and Ken are very responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes (my kids are older and can help carry things), but would be doable for younger families with a wagon. I was considering a golf cart rental for the beach, but it wasn’t necessary for us.

2025 Beach Trip

We loved this place! It had basically everything we needed and was cozy. Close proximty to the beach and all around a good place to stay with the family!

The house is in a good location near the beach and the pictures are accurate. However,the balcony was very dusty and had debri all over it. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while. Also could've used another blanket for the bed. The one left to use wasnt big enough to cover it.

Great NMB Stay with Dog

We had a lovely stay at this condo. Great location and floor plan. The master is on the first floor. And best of all, our dog was allowed to join us!

Home Away From Home

Comfortable family home for vacation. Felt like home away from home. Comfy furniture and beds. Kitchen well stocked...everything you need, just go buy your groceries. Short walk to the beach. Communication with owner was great. Easy check-in. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

Our first VRBO!

Lin and Ken have a most comfortable home. The pictures don’t do it the justice it deserves. There were four of us. The location was perfect!!! Super close to literally everything!!! It truly felt like home. We didn’t want to leave!!! Thank you Lin and Ken for your hospitality and you are definitely our go to people for future stays. I have a feeling there will be many more!!!

Proceed with caution

First the good- Lin had great communication- timely, polite, helpful. The home is nice- some mentioned decor- that’s personal. It’s a bit cluttered but that’s all personal taste- for my family, that’s part of the fun- experiencing something different. The house was clean- there were a few missed spots but nothing that detracted from vacation. Certainly better than most hotels! Now the bad- One is asked to take trash to a dumpster after neighborhood pickup on Wednesdays. I thought they had community dumpsters but nooooo- you’re expected to trespass on a business property which wasn’t cool to us- it’s illegal actually because you’re using someone’s dumpster with which you have no paid interest. Had I known this is in advance, I would have gone elsewhere. While Lin is very pleasant, Ken is another story. My dog damaged a loveseat- I owned that and reached out immediately. Lin was understanding and agreed to send me a text picture of a replacement receipt so I could apply for insurance but Ken…. No. He refuses to- in writing, he “yelled” at me and thus far, still has not sent me what I need to file that claim. Actually- I believe he’s using this to pocket extra money. He says replacement is $1090 and is going after $1000. The insurance will pay all- just need a copy of the receipt. And the funny thing is- nothing on the store’s website comes close to that exact amount. Hmmmm- the closest items is less… hmmmmm

The perfect home away from home-for our vacation. :-)

This has been one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at NMB. They have taken great care of their home and it shows! The kitchen is well equipped (including if you wanted to bake too). Comfy beds (I especially loved the MBR), living room furniture and the balcony furniture too! Loved how convenient it was for us to do laundry throughout the week. Very quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed having all the tv's, good wifi, the gas grill, the screen in area, outdoor shower (along with the bench nearby, to sit while we are drip drying). The house is very clean (visually and smell wise) and you would never know that it is a pet friendly home. That's a big deal with me, since I'm very sensitive to smells. I'm so thankful they had a baby gate onsite that we could use to closeoff the stairway, so our dog wouldn't go upstairs. I had forgotten to bring one. The carpet was so comfortable to walk on, as the homeowner used very good carpet padding (I'm adding this on my wish list, the next time I need new carpet for my home). It truly makes the difference! I felt like I was walking on air! I loved it that all linens were provided! Less stuff I needed to pack for our vacation. Nice touch that starter soap, tp and paper towel was available when we got there. Only thing that was a little tricky was parking (a bit tight). We had 2 regular size cars-SUV and a sedan. Lin and Ken were wonderful hosts! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beach Vacation

Line’s beach house was perfect for our family. The layout was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. It’s an 8 minute walk to the beach and a very short fun golf cart ride. We will definitely stay here next time to the beach! I highly recommend!!!

I would choose this property again!

Very quiet and private considering the fact that you are so close to the beach and all the area has to offer. The house was immaculate and the perfect size for myself and family.

Quaint, homey spot in nice neighborhood.

Even before our vacation began, Lin reached out via e-mail and answered any questions we had. Her responses were very fast and she even let us know the day of that we could check in a little early since the cleaners had already done their part. The house was nestled in to a quiet, beautiful little corner of South Carolina's North Myrtle paradise and was just what the family needed to escape reality and relax a while. Just a short walk or drive down to 21st Ave to get to the beach where access to public parking is a breeze. The worst part of this vacation was having to go back home!

Cozy beach getaway

Wonderful Vacation

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of four. We were especially happy that we could bring our small dog too! It's a great part of town - close to the beach, shopping, entertainment - and yet a quiet place to retreat at the end of the day. Thank you for many happy memories.

Wonderful and relaxing in perfect location

This was perfect for our family of 3 adult couples. Very homey. We were close to the beach (.3 miles) so could walk there any time, and also convenient to grocery stores and things to do. The place was in great condition and Lin was great at responding to any texts. Highly recommended!

This property was immaculate and very comfortable. The check-in process was flawless. The location is very convenient to attractions and dining but it was a little further from the beach than we would have hoped. Regardless, we had a great week and very much appreciate the use of this very nice property.

Spring Break!

Nice property good location. The property is outdated however nice! Beds were old and uncomfortable everything else was nice. Just a little outdated. Good for the price.

After looking at many areas along the east coast we decided the Grand Strand had the most to offer not only during the summer but for the entire year. We are avid golfers and enjoy the beach and this area offered numerous golf courses and a beautiful wide beach.

Ocean side of 17 is the place to be. The neighborhoods are family orientated, quiet and the ultimate in relaxation. Our first vacation at Myrtle we stayed in the heart of Myrtle and were overwhelmed with the traffic and noise, which is why we chose North Myrtle. No issues with having to park the car.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The beaches are not overwhelmingly crowded. There are mostly families on the beaches. We are within walking distance to Mr. Gs ice cream shop and Molly Darcys Pub. Our house is located in a group of 6 homes mostly occupied by owners and it is safe and designated parking. No looking for a parking space in a parking deck is right next to the house.
