This condo has everything… easy beach access, all the beach equipment you could need, in garage hose to rise off after your time in the beach, beautiful kitchen for easy for prep, washer and dryer, two car garage, perfectly sized bedrooms and great bathrooms. I promise your group will LOVE IT!!!!!

Excellent trip

The condo was absolutely beautiful! When we arrived there was a booster seat and high chair along with a playpen. The ocean views were stunning. The owners were excellent communicators. We will definitely be reserving this condo again.

Perfect Stay in Indian Rocks

The location is unbelievable! On the beach block and walkable by 5 minutes to everything you can need. Hosts went above and beyond to help and we will definitely be back. This is a high end and affordable stay!

Wonderful property

We have stayed here a couple of times and love it! The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, and everything is modern and clean. The hosts Todd and Lyzah are quick to respond to any questions and check-in is a breeze. We look forward to our next visit to IRB!

Family Beach Trip

Stayed here for a week with parents, sister, and kids. Plenty of room for everyone to live comfortably. Accommodations were great, we had everything we needed. Everything was clean, modern, and truly set up as a home away from home. The location is only steps from the beach which was super convenient, as well as several restaurants. I would definitely come back or recommend to others looking for a slow-paced beach getaway!

Beach getaway

The property was clean and all necessities were supplied. The coffee bar essentials were appreciated for our morning business meetings. The property manager was responsive to our questions. There were no issues during our stay. I will add the driveway is very tight.

Exceptional Condo

My family has stayed at multiple beach rentals. This one was the best! The location was just steps from the beach. The condo itself was beautiful and so clean! They had plenty of beach items for use such as a wagon, towels, and chairs to name a few. The owner was easy to contact and always replied quickly to any questions. We definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay there again!

great house

This is a wonderful, recently renovated property in a great location. My two quibble is that the owners charge you to use the beach towels and beach chairs! When I asked the owner about it she said the beach towels had to be specially handled by housekeeping (but we were not told we couldn't wash them ourselves). Should come with the property given this is a high-end rental.

wonderful choice/girls trip

I stayed here with 2 of my besties, and all of 4 our daughters (ranging from 17-20). There was plenty of room for the 7 of us and the place is just gorgeous! That kitchen island is a dream! And LOCATION! You are literally a small parking lot away from the white sand beach and salty sea. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and a bus/trolley stop right outside to take you up or down the coast. I would come back for sure :) My only suggestions (and this is being pretty picky) would be more toilet paper, and maybe another blanket or two

Beautiful space and perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The property owners were kind and had great communication with us (via the VRBO app) when needed. It’s a very short walk to a beautiful white sand beach with lots of seashells. The interior of the property is upgraded and clean with nice clean linens. The beds are also very comfortable and especially so after spending 3 nights at Universal’s ‘Endless Summer’ hotel with terribly uncomfortable beds. These guys really paid attention to details to make it a pleasant stay. Check in and out was easy. Walmart is about a 10-15 minute drive away. There is a little strip of beach restaurants and other things about half a block away. It’s a cute town. We would definitely come back again someday. It takes a few minutes to get used to the tech around the house but it was nice once we figured it out.

IRB Spring Break ‘23

Amazing location! Quiet area with slow vibe, but a very short drive to Clearwater & Pier60 if you want more to do! Seemed like a 90 second walk from house until toes were in the water. Loved having a wagon available in addition to all the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, etc to use. Beach is clean. Home was not disappointing. Beds were comfortable. There’s no grill. Be prepared to bring your own cooking spices, oil, spray, etc. Otherwise you will have to buy them there. Only some coffee and tea bags are provided. I would say my only complaints are the garage is a great size, but very awkward getting in and out with a large SUV & I had to contact hosts for welcome info/access key an hour before check-in because it wasn’t sent to me. I called Todd and he very easy to talk to and was very prompt on sending me the info. We would definitely stay at White Sands again! 😊

Amazing! Can't wait to visit again. This property is a gem.

Absolutely loved our stay here. A few things we truly loved: -being steps away from the beach -the foot washing station in the garage (wish we would've seen this sooner!) -the beach chairs, wagon, beach toys (other reviews stated that they paid to use these items...we did not...nothing was zip tied so maybe the policy changed?) -being 15 minutes from Clearwater by car -all of the great restaurants in the area -the huge bath towels! -the cleanliness of absolutely everything (easy to take for granted, but it truly was pristine) -Todd/Lyzah gave helpful advice about red tide (if you've never visited the Gulf...look it up, because it can ruin a beach vacation) -very spacious A few things that were just okay: -the remote to the main TV was nowhere to be found. We messaged Todd/Lyzah and they said the cleaning crew would drop one off but they never did. It would have been nice to have a TV for the kids to watch. :( -there are 4 units in this building (super quiet...you'd never know there were 4 units) and I had hoped we had a unit in the back which had a full beach view. I'm sure there are other VRBO listings for those other units and I just missed them. I'm also guessing those units may be more expensive. We had a *partial* beach view...only visible if looking from the deck. Still, not a deal breaker, but maybe the listing could've been more clear about the unit facing away from the beach or only having a partial beach view. -we had 6 adults; some of the beds were a bit small

Perfect getaway spot with Children.

Loved our stay here. Location to beach access was amazing. Perfect for littles you can easily get back and forth for snacks and naptime. Availability of Beach wagon, cooler, blanket, towel and toys to rent for the week was a wonderful added bonus. Everything we needed was in the garage. Highly Recommend.

Absolutely amazing a MUST stay

Visited the beautiful property for a small family vacation to celebrate our son 1YO birthday. It’s been a blessed and comfortable stays over as I would rate like a 5-star hotel stays!
