This stylish and updated RaceDay Condo is nestled in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee and sits DIRECTLY in front of Bristol Motor Speedway. While staying in this tastefully decorated suite, you will have access to an elevator, hot tub, pool, gym, and a private clubhouse. We are only 10 minutes from Downtown Bristol. This space is ideal for travelers coming to BMS, Creeper Trail, Music Festivals, Golfing, Shopping, or to discover the area. Also great for Travel Nurses & Doctors!

This well-appointed condo has been designed and outfitted with everything you will need for your stay. It’s a 2BR unit, each with its own private bath. There is elevator access to your front door, and you can park your car in our gated parking lot. While staying with us, you have full access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse. The hot tub normally opens in April, and the pool and hot tub normally close in mid-September.

This condo is located in a gated community, and you must have a pass to enter through the gate to the compound. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. There is a $500 fine for breaking house rules.

Several excellent restaurants, shops, drug stores, Walmart, Food City grocery store, craft brewery, etc., are located very close to the complex.

PLEASE NOTE - we have a 3-night minimum for race events.

Very Accommodating and Excellent Views

The property was very clean and well kept. The condo was well stocked with essentials and even games for my 5 year old. The views were amazing for pictures, especially for any racing fans. Ive made multiple trips to this area and wish i wouldve found this property earlier. Overall, i would highly recommend this property for anybody

Will always stay at a property owned by her

I had stayed at a property owned by Karen in downtown Bristol before, so when that one wasn’t available for this stay I reached out to see what else she had. This Bristol Motor Speedway location is 10-15 min from town and King University. That worked well for us on graduation weekend. The unit is as described. There might be some street noise but we accept that as it does face the street. It was super clean. There are directions for use for everything in the unit. She was great with response time toMy questions. I appreciate this kind of communications when using VRBO. Stay here!!

Wonderful condo near BMS

We stayed here about 3-4 years ago. There has been some nice redecorating (like the reclining sofa in the LR). But the main thing is that it is spotless, and very convenient. We lived in Bristol 10 years ago and come back frequently to visit friends and relatives. This condo is a very nice stay for 2 old people.

Race stay

I booked for a race at Bristol motor speedway. The condo was so convenient to the track, there was great food local, and the host was AMAZING. I will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Tailored Space. Everything was spotless! When you stay at one of Karen’s rentals there’s honestly no need to bring anything, she anticipates everything you may need for a successful get away. She is quick to respond with any questions you may have and her properties are always well equipped and aesthetically pleasing ❤️ Thanks for a great weekend!

Harassing Property Managers

My husband and I were ecstatic to spend time with our grandchildren, 6 and 3 years old. We thought this place would be perfect. Sadly, we were approached by a strange man asking for our condo number. We don’t tell strangers where we are staying, so we continued to the pool to enjoy our day. To be clear, I contacted the owner and she reassured me that I did not have to check-in with anyone and that the man was Joe, Linda’s husband. Linda is the property manager. My grandchildren, my husband, and I were enjoying swimming together. Then, a stranger (Linda) came with no identification and asked for our room number. I explained that I contacted the owner who stated that I did not have to check-in with anyone. Linda refused to stop harassing us until we left with crying, sad grandchildren. The owner offered a hotel room but we felt so unsafe, we drove five hours back home to be in our safe place. Unfortunately, the owner decided to explain Linda’s actions to me. It was because a previous guest brought fourteen people to the pool. I could not fathom how or why we deserved to be questioned, two grandparents and two small children. Joe and Linda caused my grandchildren, my husband and me a traumatic experience that we may never heal.

Would Stay Again

Karen made this stay the utmost of comfort and convenience for our family! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed outside of groceries (but there were some snacks and drinks for us)! Karen was easy to get a hold of when we needed her (which was once because I overlooked a detail that was sent to me). We would absolutely stay in condo 502 again!

Excellent Place to Stay!

Absolutely Perfect!!! Made a long weekend to visit family in the Bristol area and we couldn't have asked for anything better. We overlooked the Bristol Speedway, just minutes from anything you might need. Our host had excellent communication before and during our stay - she went well above and beyond what we expected. The condo was excellent - it had everything we needed and we couldn't have asked for anything better! We certainly hope to stay here again in the future!

The Perfect Place

Came for a baseball tournament my son was playing in with my wife and daughter. This property was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of room and privacy. The place was spotless and had all the amenities that you would need. Nice having a pool and hot tub available on the property as well. Karen was also very helpful with a need that we requested. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very nice!

The only reason I am giving this place a five star rating is because there is no such thing as a six star rating. When I’m telling you this owner has thought of everything…. I mean everything. There is extra everything for you if you left something at home. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, it was fully furnished and they even had books, games, movies, HUGE TV’s in each room, super comfy pillows and mattresses, and even…. Coffee! It’s the little details that really show you just how much they have put into this VRBO. Everything is labeled for you. All of the art and pictures are framed and matted. Nice thread count sheets. Patio furniture with cushions. I have come to expect certain things, but not be over demanding. That way you are not disappointment. But this particular Vrbo was top notch and it was obvious that this owner took pride in their rental. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends!
