Our Canyon Cottage is a beautiful remodeled cottage sitting up off the street in a serene, private location on a large lot. We enjoy an awesome location, 2 minutes from the freeway, 10 minutes to Mission Beach, Coronado, Little Italy, Downtown, Old Town and Mission Hills. The cottage is on a non-through street, providing our guests a quiet and beautiful spot to enjoy.
The Cottage has a beautiful luscious chefs kitchen with a gorgeous sit down black walnut eat in island. The cottage is fitted with classic Douglas Fir floors in the east coast beach cottage style, accented with pictures and details of the owners boating life and coastal travels.
All rooms are light, bright and full of windows. Sunlight fills the living room daily. Most rooms enjoy views of the surrounding lush neighborhood.
The ‘Master bedroom’ has a wall of windows, a fireplace, and a walk in closet. The ‘Bunk Room’ has beautiful custom nautical style bunks with super comfy Serta mattresses, private reading lights and charging stations for comfy night reading before bed.
The ‘Corner Room’ has windows lining two walls with lovely views down into the lush surrounding neighborhood.
The patio is fitted with old hand cast red brick and lovely woven Lilly furniture and comfy goose down pillows. Large white umbrellas are standard, as is the patio heater, barbecue, large outdoor dining table and market lights above to create the perfect ‘al fresco’ experience. The patio area enjoys views out to the lovely surrounding hills.
We are centrally located, 2 minutes to the freeway, 10 minutes to Mission Beach, Coronado, Little Italy, Downtown, Old Town, Balboa Park and Mission Hills.
