The Space:
Seashell at Laguna Key is a spacious waterfront home located within the gated Laguna Key community at the west end of West Beach in Gulf Shores. The neighborhood is both beachfront and lagoon-front, bordered to the west by the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. The setting offers open views, private community access points, and a quieter pace while remaining a short drive from Gulf Shores dining and activities.
The home is arranged to comfortably accommodate larger groups, with multiple gathering areas and outdoor spaces. The main living level includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and porches on both the Gulf and lagoon sides. Design elements such as shiplap walls, a large kitchen island, and multiple seating areas create a layout that supports group meals and relaxed downtime.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and group meals. Appliances include a range with hood, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, beverage cooler, commercial ice maker, and standard countertop appliances. The amenities of Laguna Key make it a perfect destination for family and friend vacations - beach boardwalk with gazebo, pool with bathrooms, tennis courts, pier onto the lagoon with gazebo, and quiet private interior streets behind the gated entrance.
Seashell is located directly on Little Lagoon and is a very short walk to the community pool and beach access.
Getting Around:
Laguna Key is the gated community at the end of West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores. Approach Gulf Shores on Highway 59. When the road ends at The Hangout, turn right onto West Beach Boulevard. Laguna Key is 6 miles down West Beach Boulevard. Once inside the neighborhood, take the first right onto Seahorse Circle, and Seashell is 3224 just before the community pier.
Other Things to Note:
Laguna Key is a residential, family-oriented community with full-time residents. HOA guidelines apply to all guests and are enforced to maintain a peaceful environment.
Important community rules include:
Parking: Street parking is not permitted. Guests may park up to four vehicles in the driveway and two vehicles in the garage (maximum six vehicles total). Boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed.
Beach access: Access is only permitted via the community boardwalk. Crossing dunes or private property is not allowed.
Amenity use: Community amenities are reserved for registered guests only.
Age requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and at least one guest age 25 or older must remain on site throughout the stay.
Noise: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Outdoor parties and loud music are not permitted.
This home includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is no elevator.
