Experience a Southern Victorian home that was built in 1873. Your stay includes 1800 sq foot of space. Take a relaxing soak in the original claw foot tub. Relax on the porch in one of the rocking chairs. The porch includes ceiling fans as well as the southern “haint” blue ceiling. Looking off the front porch you can see the original carriage steps from the 1800s as well as the original boot scrapers on the front steps. You are sure to be taken back in time while having the Convenience of modern upgrades. Located 1/4 mile from the quaint Historical Downtown District of the town of McMinnville, we are walking distance to many locally owned stores.

The house was built in 1873 and as soon as you walk up the original limestone steps leading to the door, the charm of this home shows. If you look to the left of the door you will find the original twister door bell. When you enter the home you will notice the transom windows above every door, as this was the original air conditioning in the 1800s. Your living room includes Victorian era furniture and furnishings. There is also a desk and chair in the Victorian room. We offer a reading area with an assortment of books. The king suite includes a cozy king bed fitted with soft sheets, a walk in closet with plenty of room for your clothing. The room also includes a Victorian sofa facing the fireplace as well as a smart tv, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker in the king suite. The dining room features a large dining table and 8 chairs as well as a fully furnished tea cart. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could need for preparing a meal. It includes two ovens, a microwave and a cook top. Also included is an espresso pot with Illy espresso, a coffee maker, a French press with an assortment of coffees to choose from. The bathroom had the original claw foot tub with an assortment of bath salts to relax with. We provide you with luxury bathrobes for use. There is also a sitting area in the bathroom to do your makeup and hair. The back room provides relaxing sofa and chairs with a smart TV. There is also a daybed and trundle bed.
