With plenty of seating, free WiFi, and a flatscreen TV in the living area, you will have no trouble kicking back in style between excursions. The culinary-inclined guests of the group will feel right at home as well with the fully equipped kitchen featuring all of the stainless steel appliances, utensils, and prep space needed to create tasty meals. Plus, the bedroom also has its own flatscreen TV if you want to split from the group and watch your own favorite show each night.

This location will be hard to beat, as it is close to many of OC's favorite restaurants including Kirbys, Liquid Assets, and Lombardis. Stroll to the coffee shop, art center, park, and grocery store as well because they are all within walking distance of your front door. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great place to stay in North Ocean City

Stayed for two nights in mid-September. Property was the cleanest I have seen in a while. A half block from the beach and across the street from our favorite restaurant, Liquid Assets. Kitchen was well equipped. My only comment is that the finish in the tub is peeling and it looks unattractive but even so it was scrupulously clean. Would definitely stay here again.

All was well except for the front door lock.

It is clean, well kept and comfortable. And very close to the beach. The only negative is the front doorlock. It was a real struggle even with the real key since the code would not work for us. Getting in and locking up to leave were very frustrating.

The stay was great. The location was perfect as far as proximity to the beach. I would have preferred to know in advance we were entering through the sleeping quarters. But I see why the unit is set up that way. Also, very few towels were provided. It was an all female group and they went fast, especially with no in-unit washer/dryer. I asked the Vacasa rep who texted if I could come get more towels and they never replied. The pullout couch was terribly uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the couches. Otherwise, well appointed.Amazing view of the ocean and easy to use electronics. Entry was easy. No elevators so if you have a tough time walking up three stories, keep that in mind. All in all a great stay!

Fun mini vacation

The location of this property is excellent. It is a short drive to the board walk and Assateague Island. There is a delicious breakfast place in walking distance. The best part of the condo is the view. So beautiful!

Just Right

We truly enjoyed our stay at Tim Mark Magic. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 (2 kids under 8). My only real complaint is that the full size bed was absolutely the most uncomfortable mattress weā€™d ever slept on. It was so firm it was like sleeping on a board. Otherwise, the kitchen is loaded with every gadget you could ever imagine needing on vacation and more. The view isnā€™t ocean front of course, but we could see the beach very well, and that was all we needed. The furniture inside and outside was very comfortable. The decor was welcoming and fun. Parking was perfect. The walls are thin and the neighbors were sometimes disruptive but the noise from the window AC units helped to drown that out. That being said, the AC unit in the living room is inconveniently located right next to a couch so you canā€™t hear the tv at an acceptable level while itā€™s on. Our solution was to turn it off and keep the bedroom door open, letting that AC blow into the whole apartment. But that doesnā€™t always work when thereā€™s a toddler sleeping in there. Not a dealbreaker I guess. Overall it was wonderful and weā€™d definitely stay there again. Bring Saran Wrap and aluminum foil for leftovers or beach snacks!

Great location!

The location of this condo was perfect. During the day, we rented chairs and a cabana on the beach from the hotel next door. The condo has all the necessary amenities except for washer and dryer inside the unit. We didnā€™t miss having them, but want to make note of it. The beds and pullout couch were comfortable. I recommend staying here!
