The Space -
This house was designed to allow as much, or as little interaction as you want with your fellow guests! You can have the kids play downstairs in the fully equipped basement, or have everything going on in the main living room that is open to the kitchen so everyone can feel together for your vacation.

We've stocked it with videogames, board games, pool table, darts, 2 HDTVs, ping pong, arcade games, brand new kitchen appliances, lots of seating areas, you might never leave the house!

Did I mention the in-home movie theater? It's roku enabled with surround sound, and even has tiered couch seating! It's pretty awesome.

We loved the property! The size of the home accommodated all our needs. Plenty of parking, close to entertainment and shopping! However with 3 chefs a more fully equipped pot and pan set would have been great. We fully enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to any family or friend wishing to visit the Poconos.

Pocono Vacation

House easily accommodated 18 adults and communal rooms were spacious. The owner was quick to respond when reached out to and instructions for the home were thorough. The area was very nice and easy to navigate.

The house was very accommodating however require some upkeep /updating . The stairs in going into the house itself is concerning they are breaking apart and can cause some serious injury when you are coming inside carrying your bags . The drawers in the kitchen came apart when opening . To accommodate a large amount of ppl to sleep in it is definitely 9 rooms that are spacious . In this house there is only one television which is in the main living area and should be way bigger then what it was it may have been a 50 inch . When riding in pleaseeeeee be careful at night do not drink and go out into any local areas come back late huge red flag for a serious car accident .

Just as advertised.

The house was clean and the host was very responsive. Back yard was a perfect place to hang out. Driveway is big enough to accommodate a larger group. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet Home in Poconos

As a large extended family vacation, this space gave a large crowd like ours the space to spread out while also being together. The kitchen is situation perfectly between the dining room and living, which allows some to hang out in one room while simultaneously engaging with others in another room. Occasional wildlife were seen in the woods, such as deer and fox. It truly was an escape from city life!

Poconos Vacation Home

I came to this property with family and friends (4 adults, 12 children total). The house was very spacious and clean. The living and dining areas were able to accommodate everyone which was very important to us. The children (and adults) really enjoyed the game room, pool table and movie theater. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The bedrooms were not only spacious but had plenty of beds to accommodate our stay as well. The property itself was beautiful. I would highly recommend!!!

Summer vacation hose 2024

For the last 5 years we have been to many different house for summer vacation. This was average house with ample of space for a 16 people. However, ine of the common issue we all encounter was the low water pressure everywhere exept the basement. Many of the furniture's were very old and fragil. Beds were old, making lits if noice and uncomfortable. Floors and stairs were in similer fashion, noisy. Hot tub in the backyard was dirty and unusable.

A tucked away dream!

This property was perfect for myself and friends. Because it is a large group of us (12) being tucked away from other house was a plus. As you can imagine 12 adults with no responsibilities for the weekend can get a little loud haha. Scott was very responsive leading up to the trip and also during. The property offered plenty of space for us but what we loved the most was the large dining area. Being able to have meals with the entire group is something we look forward to. The house smelled CLEAN and with professional cleaners in our group, there were little to no issues with cleanliness. The arcade in the basement allowed us to relive our childhoods with classic games. We’ve done a Poconos trip every year for almost 10yrs now and are really happy this house go to be a part of the memories we’ve collected along the way.

It was a nice long weekend staying at this property! The house had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the linens were nicer than a lot of rentals we've stayed at. The hot tub operated properly andwooded area, the overall cleanliness was more than acceptable. The criticisms are all minor. The firepit was completed filled from use and needed to be dug out. The grill was also in need of serious cleaning and the kitchen needs a few more options for pots/pans. What was available was in good shape, but some larger pans would be helpful for a house meant to accommodate a larger group. Plenty of glassware and utensils. In the game room, the ping pong tables net was broken, the pool table needs a refelt and cues replaced. Like I said, minor upkeep for the amenities that take a beating. Space heaters were provided in most rooms which was very nice. The living room and the dining room were great spaces for gathering, playing board/party games and just relaxing. Would rent again.

Christmas getaway

This house was everything that it was described to be. There were 13 of us (age 7 to 65) plus a dog, there was enough room for everyone to have their personal space-- and a bonus was the number of bathrooms that the house had. Unfortunately, it was very cold 2 of the 5 days we were there, so there was no enjoying the outdoor portions of the house-- but that was totally fine. We did spend 1 morning snow tubing at Camelback, just a 20 minute drive away- parking was $12/ car, if you have anyone with a military ID, bring them-- price was reduced from $52pp to $25pp. The only issue with the house was that one of the bathroom sinks was draining slow, but Scott was VERY quick in responding-- due to the holiday, there was no one available to come out and correct, but he took care of it. There are grocery stores about 20 mins away. If you do not have AWD and you need to get to or leave the house, make sure its before the time when temps drop and the ground would freeze, we did have one person have to leave their car at the bottom of the hill for a few hours.

Weekend Bachelor Party

A group of friends (about 15) and I booked this home for a two night bachelor party. We were all very impressed with the space, amenities and cleanliness. Plenty of yard space, games to play inside and beds for a comfortable sleep. Scott was a great host and responded to any inquires leading up to the trip immediately. We would definitely book this home again for any future plans in the Poconos.

Farewell gathering

We really enjoyed our stay. House is very comfortable for a large crowd. Fun for all ages. Large open kitchen and family room to nestle into to relax. Well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable. We definitely would visit again.

Accurate and cozy

The house was wonderful, it was really important everyone had space and we could all eat together (11 of us). The house listing was accurate and beat expectations. Everyone enjoyed the rooms, the oversized dining table was wonderful for dinners and the backyard and deck are great for enjoying the tranquil woods.

Birthday vacation for my 18yo son

We traveled with 13 young adults from age 17-20 with a total of 18 people and we totally enjoyed ourselves we played card games video games pool and ping pong. The living space was spacious and when it was time to relax we had no issues. Definitely would use this property again. Unfortunately it was booked for Christmas.

Great place with a great property manager

We really enjoyed our stay at Scott's house! everything was perfectly clean and ready for our arrival. Any questions I had, Scott's answers were quick and helpful. Would 100% recommend this place as you feel at home instantly and spend a great time with your close ones!

This is a beautiful house. It’s away from everything that you’d like to get away from, yet close to everything you need. It is spacious, clean and cheery. Scott is absolutely wonderful, and always available. He has thought about everything. There is nothing his guests will need there that they can’t find! All we bought was food and drinks:-) I will be planning our next vacation there, or another weekend get away soon.

I grew up in Philadelphia, and my family rented a house in the pocono mountains in my youth. I loved going up there, fishing, shooting trap, hiking, running around with my dog. Being able to now host that experience for others is a dream come true!

When I was looking for a property, I really wanted one that I and my whole family could come stay at. I also wanted a space that people were thrilled to visit, with its beautiful large windows in the living room, it's chalet design, and wood paneling it really felt cozy and spacious at the same time.

Having my entire family there, but also having them feel like we weren't crowding each other all weekend was very important. I love that it's a very open floor plan, but there are multiple living spaces in case people want to do a noisier activity downstairs, or watch tv.

Additionally, it's nestled perfectly within the woods, hidden in a far corner where there is less traffic, it happens to have over 3 acres of untouched poconos woods, with barely a neighbor in sight.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The property has a well kept yard with plenty of room for running around. But frankly, with all the fun stuff to do indoors you may never bother! Additionally the deck is my favorite part, it's got 3 tiers, and tons of seating. It's really tranquil out there.
