Great location! Steps from Main Street, the Town Lift, Shopping and Restaurants

BEST SKI AND APRES SKI LOCATION, Park Station condo at the base of Historic Main Street and 2 minutes walk from the Town SKI Lift which takes you to the mid-mountain of Park City Mountain Resort and avoids the crowds at the base. Prime location between Park Avenue and Deer Valley Drive. The bus stops in front of Park Station within the Park City Free Transit system to pretty much anywhere, including Deer Valley, The Canyons, and Kimball Junction. Only steps away from the Sunday Park Silly Market, Savor the Summit Outdoor Party, The Park City Arts Festival or any Event or Concert that is hosted on Historic Main Street. Head out mountain biking or hiking straight from our location and then enjoy relaxing in our newly renovated courtyard and private outdoor heated year round saline filtered pool and 2 hot tubs. We also have an indoor hot tub and sauna.

With the close proximity of the free bus system, the Town Lift and Main Street there is no need to have a car, however if you do bring one there are free parking spaces available. The Town Lift is just steps away from the condo and takes skiers up to the Bonanza chair and bypasses the busy PayDay and Crescent lifts at Park City Mountain base. You can ski back on the town runs at the end of the day or download back to town if you want. Enjoy Main Street with it's wide variety of shops, restaurants and art galleries. If you need to meet others at any of the Park City, Canyons, or Deer Valley bases they are a quick and free bus ride away. There are also plenty of activities for non skiers in the family to enjoy. We are excited about our newly renovated courtyard at Park Station with 2 new outdoor jacuzzis and heated pool, fire pits and cooking cabanas. This has been and will continue to be the BEST SKI AND APRES SKI LOCATION in old town Park City!

Excellent stay. The hosts were exceptional about communication ahead of time and throughout our stay. They had many surprises waiting for us when we arrived, and they paid attention to even little details that are often overlooked by rental hosts. You communicate directly with the owners not a property manager, which I appreciate. The location was superb, just a 3-4 minute walk to the town ski lift. The kitchen has everything you need. Our family of five was very comfortable in this two bedroom condo. We’d be very happy to stay again!

Park City Summer Stay

Not sure what negative comment anyone could ever have for this property. Richard and Leslie were extremely easy to get a hold of and were very accommodating as well. The location is absolutely spectacular. The apartment had everything and then some. I highly recommend and definitely will be coming back.

Awesome Stay

This was a great experience. Richard is amazing and kept in constant contact. The home fit my family great for what we wanted. Town lift is less than a 5 minute walk. Downtown Park City is right outside the door. The town bus system stops right in front of the building. Everything is so easy and accessible.

Excellent location and cozy comfort

The listing lived up to its billing. The location is a short walk to the Town Lift and bus stops. The condo is well-equipped, with humidifiers for both bedrooms and a kitchen well-stocked with necessities. The only thing missing that would have been nice was firewood, which we head to pick up at the grocery store, but that was a minor inconvenience. The outdoor pool and hot tub were really nice amenities to recharge after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot!!

Our family of four have been to the Park City/Deer Valley area for spring break for over 10 years straight. We enjoyed staying here so much for our ski trip this year! This condo has a perfect location (close to Main St shopping & restaurants, the Town Lift, and a Transit bus stop). The communication with the property manager was excellent. He helped accommodate an early arrival and then a later departure. He stayed in touch during our stay to verify that we had everything needed and that the condo met our expectations. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

Epic Snow Vacation

This was the perfect condo for our stay in PC. Clean, tasteful, comfortable, and convenient to town and the mountain, this property had everything we needed for a fun filled 4 days. We drove to DV for a couple days and then simply walked a block up the street to ski from the town lift. Condo is well stocked with the basics and parking is available. Communication with Richard, the owner, was timely and helpful. He made everything seamless for our check in and check out. Perfect accommodations for a family or small group of friends.

Great Location

This is the first time we have rented a VRBO and it was larger than we thought it would be. Location to town is great. Only thing that would be better is a washer and dryer in the condo. We knew there wasn’t one, but that would make it perfect. There is a coin operated washer and dryer upstairs and that’s fine. Very good communication. Great time in the area. Ski patrol was on strike so the skiing was a little disappointing, again nothing to do with the rental. Overall would definitely rent again if we come back to Park City.

Great Location

This is a great 2 bedroom condo right at the bottom of Main Street, very easy to walk all of 'downtown' Park City. It was the perfect spot for our family.

Park city visit

We had a great time at the condo. The owners were very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our family of 5. The condo was in a great location and we were able to walk and enjoy Main Street and all the summer outdoor activities park city has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay.

Best condo at Park Station

We came for a wedding, and the majority of people flying in stayed in different condos at Park Station. All agreed we had the best condo, hands down. There was a lot of natural light, the kitchen was very well stocked (including coffee and Milano cookies!!), the beds were comfortable and everything (appliances, lights, tv, toilets... ) worked well (which, unfortunately, was not true of the other condos). The owner gave me great communication about all the policies and how to deal with some maintenance the complex was doing on the parking lots. He was even available by phone when I had a question. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location - walking distance from almost everything we did.

Family Ski Trip

We had a perfect trip to Park City for skiing and this was a fabulous place to stay. It's extremely close to Town Lift along with all the restaurants/shops in town. The condo was really comfortable and well furnished. They even had games for our family to play. The owners were extremely helpful in answering any of our questions on Park City and giving recommendations for rentals and restaurants.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was so kind and very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return for another stay!

Great Place in Great Location!

Spacious apartment, great location, short walk to Town Lift, downtown main street and plenty of access to buses. Great communication with owner, very responsive. Definitely plan on staying again.
