**Please note: Crystal Shores West will be undergoing a major breezeway deck restoration project from October 2026 through November 2026. During this time, guests should expect an increased presence of construction crews and equipment, along with loud noise, dust and potentially disruptive conditions throughout the property.**

Our two-bedroom Gulf Shores, Alabama vacation condo is the perfect spot for six guests looking for some time away at the beach. With wonderful resort amenities and a desirable location on the coast, you’re sure to love your time here!

Once you step inside Crystal Shores West 304, you’ll be drawn in by the incredible view of the Gulf. With ample seating on your private balcony, you can pull up a chair, put your feet up, and watch the waves roll in. Prepare scrumptious meals in your full kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room and both bedrooms come equipped with Smart TVs for your enjoyment. When you are ready to retire for the evening, you’ll find that both bathrooms come luxuriously decorated. The primary bathroom even features quartz countertops, a walk-in shower, and comfort height toilet.

During your stay at Crystal Shores West in Gulf Shores, discover a wide range of resort-style amenities designed to bring you the vacation of your dreams. The kitchen was equipped nicely. I didn’t cook this go around so I didn’t use the stove. The beds were comfy. Nice furniture. Definitely would recommend

Pros:Condo was well decorated in nice pastels, 2 very comfortable leather chairs, well stocked kitchen as far as cooking utensils and dishware, wonderful balcony with lots of cozy furniture. Very spacious walk-in shower in the master bedroom, felt very secure with security employees on site Short walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby as well as Wal-Mart and Rouse's Market. Cons: Second bedroom needs the mattress replaced, very noisy near elevator, elevators sometimes fail, only one extra blanket for two rooms, no spices even salt or pepper.

Regarding the second bedroom mattress and the elevator noise, our records do not show that these concerns were reported to our 24/7 Guest Services team during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have promptly contacted our local Property Managers for this to be addressed. Nevertheless, your feedback has been shared with our Operations Team for review. Please note that the elevators are managed and maintained by the Homeowners Association, and unfortunately Southern Vacation Rentals does not have control over their operation. One extra blanket is provided for the sleeper sofa, and a full list of provided items can be found in the “What to Bring” section of the Guest Portal. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Very nice, great location.

Enjoyed our stay! Great view! Very relaxing. Unit as advertised. Unit is right by elevators so there is a lot of noise, especially for 2nd bedroom.

Impressive Condo!

We were very impressed with this unit! We’ve rented many condos on Gulf Shores and this one is by far, the absolute best! Furniture was beautiful and comfortable in the living areas and the beds were great also. The balcony had plenty of comfortable outdoor chairs and lounges. The pool/hottub area was nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to get this unit the next time we visit!

Condo review

Everything was excellent. Only issue was the beach access code we were given in the portal was not correct. Also it would be nice if we could get an email when the unit is ready instead of having to wait until 4:00 to check in.

Wonderful Experience

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this condo. The master king bed was very comfortable and the sheets were yummy. We loved the walk-in shower with the hand-held shower head. Everything was clean and efficient. Lots of great gadgets and cookware for preparing wonderful meals in the kitchen. The TV was the bomb, huge and very clear. The balcony furniture was also a plus, especially the pub height set that enabled you to easily see the incredible view over the handrail. We loved this unit and would highly recommend it.

The room great- property not so much

Unit nicely decorated. Corners of the rooms have hair and dust. Extra pillows but no pillow cases. No extra blankets and what’s on the bed is very thin. It was cold and rainy during our stay and it would have been nice to have more bedding options. Stained blankets. The pool was terrible- cold, sand everywhere on the inside, broken tiles missing from the inside and outside edges. Very dangerous. The elevators smelt like mold. Parking is all very narrow. The internet service and WiFi is terrible - would not load. cell service is terrible in the condo- one bar. The phone rang several times in the middle of the night and woke everyone up, once at 3 am and 5am and when answered it was political advertisement. The fridge was warm when we arrived- it has to be turned down to normal temperature. The compressor on the fridge would also make a ringing noise- constant throughout the day . New outdoor balcony furniture was delivered which was great. Overall the unit was okay but the property Room nicely decorated. Corners of the rooms have hair and dust. Extra pillows but no pillow cases. No extra blankets and what’s on the bed is very thin. It was cold and rainy during our stay and it would have been nice to have more bedding options. Stained blankets (see picture) The pool was terrible- cold sand everywhere on the inside, broken tiles missing from the inside and outside edges. Parking is all very narrow. The internet is terrible - would not load on phone or computer. cell service is terrible in the condo- one bar and one bar of internet. The phone rang several times in the middle of the night and woke everyone up, once at 3 am and 5am and when answered it was political advertisement. The fridge was warm when we arrived- it has to be turned down to normal temperature. The compressor on the fridge would also make a ringing noise- constant throughout the day . Some of the fencing around the pool is held on by zip ties. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Bring spices. There was one beach chair in the unit- we did not use because we didn’t see it until the last day while doing laundry. The property itself needs a lot of maintenance.
