We sincerely apologize that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the furnishings and available supplies as this is not the standard we aim to provide at Southern Vacation Rentals. As outlined in our rental details, Southern provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags intended to cover the first 24 hours of a stay, with guests replenishing additional items as needed. Complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner are not standard in this unit, and we apologize if this was unclear. We appreciate your honesty and are glad you were still able to make the most of your time.
