LOVEDDDD this place. I absolutely loved the resort we stayed on. It was super kid friendly. Also loved our room. It had an absolutely everything we needed. I loved having the room right off the elevator also! The living space was spacious and there wasn't anything I thought we needed and didn't have. (Except salt and pepper). The room was also ready early and that made this experience 100 times better especially because we had a 4 month old with us. Overall loved it here and would come back again.

Perfect Getaway!

Loved everything about our stay. The whole condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items one would need. Toddler loved the splash pad and pools. We were able to check-in prior to the scheduled time which was amazing! Would definitely book again!

Great time.

Everything was clean and check in and out were very easy. Property was perfect for our family. The only minor inconvenience was road construction around the resort which made traffic bad. Other than that no complaints!

Elevators

the elevators in our section was out of order most of our stay, which made it hard with a toddler. Other than the elevators, our stay was very good and would stay again. The pool area for kids and lazy river was fantastic.

Great place. High fees VRBO

We loved the space and condo. Vrbo charges crazy fees and Vacasa has the same condo 4 rooms down for 800 less a night - with all the fees included.

Family friendly

Lots of activities, handicap accessible, water felt nice and was heated when needed. Tiki bar was a bit expensive but good

10th year

We come every year to Waterscape for vacation, this was our first time booking with this owner. The location of the room is perfect, close to elevator and trash chute. The room is decorated beautifully. Air conditioner works fabulously. Large tv in bunk room was great. Master bed mattress had pretty big humps in mattress. Would definitely stay here again.

Great resort

This is a great resort for families with younger kids. The multiple pools, the lazy river, and the splash pad provide options for all younger kids.

Our favorite place to stay

We've stayed at Waterscape a few times and it remains our favorite. We love the close proximity to the beach plus the pools and lazy river. Everything is easily accessible. Easy check-in and check-out process. .

Beach Getaway

This property is perfect for a family getaway to the beach. The condo is large with room for everyone and the beach is beautiful. We enjoyed a relaxing week at the beach.

Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our occasion. We are based out of California but we were in town for a family wedding. The management group was very responsive with any questions. The condo was spacious and clean. We utilized the kitchen and it was equipped with all the basics. The rest of our group was staying within the same building so it made it easy to enjoy our time at the pool and beach. It was a successful family getaway.

4th of July visit

We had a great stay at Waterscapes. The condo was the perfect size for our family of five including 3 teen age boys. It had everything we needed for the week. We came fourth of July week and the resort, beach, and restaurants were very crowded. At times this made parking a challenge. In the future I think we would try for earlier in the summer.

Spring break 2023

We enjoyed our stay for five of us at the condo for a week. There’s a lot to do in Destin but the restaurants in Ft Walton were easier to get into quickly. Groceries were easy to grab and bring into the condo with a wagon. The condo has a nice view of the jetty and the ocean. Rooms were pretty clean but could use a deep clean of base boards and dryer etc. overall we loved it and it had all the amenities needed. The kids love the tv in the bunk area. Chair service is also really nice to have at the beach. We had amazing weather so we enjoyed the time away just soaking up the sun and then dining out at night.

Great family place!

The condo was just as described and shown in the VRBO listing. It had all of the essentials that we needed. Our kids loved the heated pool and water obstacle course. The complimentary chairs and umbrella each day made each time on the beach great. We will definitely stay at this facility again.

Great place

Met family here who have been staying for over 10 years. Facility close to restaurants, shopping. Staff was very accommodating for a cookout we were wanting for about 16 of us. Would definitely recommend to families with kids, seniors or Snowbirds.

Excellent experience!

The condo was beautiful and clean. It was exactly as shown in pictures and description. The beds in the 2 bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. The room with the bunkbeds was cute and nice. All rooms had a tv. Go to the top of the garage and look out for a beautiful view of the area! The resort was great. We used all the pools but mostly stuck to the heated pool since we visited in November. The resort is right on the beach. We did get a few beach days in as we had 2 perfect warm days. I would love to return again in November! There weren't crowds or waits for activities and restaurants. There wasn't a crowd at the resort either. Coastal Vibes Vacations offer a guide with recommendations for places to eat and activities. They were spot on! The Donut Hole was fantastic but their portion sizes are huge! We had breakfast for a few days with the leftovers. AJs dolphin sighting cruise was a lot of fun and well worth the $30. Check out the guide for other recommendations.
