Wake up to the sunrise from a 30-foot oceanfront covered balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring direct ocean views into both the living room and the primary bedroom. Unlike many Irene Condo units, this primary bedroom faces the ocean. Relax in bed and watch the sun come up over the water.

Perfect ocean viewing height on the 9th floor with ADDITIONAL private bayside facing balcony for beautiful sunsets. 2 BR, 2 BA, sleeps 6

Condo features:
• Stunning ocean view from living room and master bedroom.
• Gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances with plank floors.
• Two spacious bedrooms, two full baths. Primary BR has King bed with in-suite bathroom. Second BR has Queen and Twin over Full bunk.
• Full size washer/dryer
• Game room with ping pong, air hockey and billiard tables (separate entrance, ground floor)
• Three elevators for quick access (important on check in and out days!)
• Private WIFI provided by Owner.
• TV (streaming only) - have SmartTV, Roku and Google cast
• Family oriented facility.
• On-site security and property management.
• Keyless entry
• Parking for 2 cars, including a private reserved spot.

Beach front is not crowded as larger condo buildings nearby

Balcony railings are up to code but have made some tenants with toddlers nervous.

No smoking, no pets. Located at 111th street. Walk to restaurants and shopping. Walk - 4 minutes to original Greene Turtle, 8 minutes to Food Lion Groceries, 12 minutes to Wawa and Starbucks. **** We do not rent to high school or college groups ****

Great stay

The location could not have been any better. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Soray was very prompt with any questions we had, and the list of restaurants she provided was very helpful.

This is a wonderful condo! The views were magnificent and the balcony is so spacious. Because of Hurricane Erin we needed to spend a lot of time in the condo, but we did not mind since it was such a comfortable space. Soraya was an excellent host. Very responsive to questions, she notified us when the condo was ready (which was before check-in time). Also provided us with a list of restaurants to try. Will definitely stay here again.

A perfectly relaxing stay

Our family of 4 (mom, dad and 2 teenage boys) really enjoyed our stay here. The game room and fitness room were a big hit with our family. We were located right on the beach and took advantage of this each day. It was an A+ stay for us, exactly what we were looking for.

Awesome family vacation

My family and I love this place. It was perfect for a family of six. It had everything you needed plus the two balconies was a bonus. Soraya is a wonderful host. This was a wonderful family vacation.

Right on the ocean with a beautiful big balcony to watch the ocean Close to stores and all you need Love that I never drive when I stay here I walk everywhere it’s wonderful Plus you also have a beautiful balcony on the bay side cant miss the sunsets

Lovely Condo on the Beach

Perfect condo for our family of 4. Beautiful views of sunrises with bayside balcony view of sunsets—not many places have that! Easy access to the beach and a great area for families; not super crowded. Owner was also great and gave detailed directions and recommendations. We hope to go back!

Beautiful Balcony!

Absolutely loved our stay! Soraya was sweet, she communicated well and was quick with responses. Our favorite part was the balcony! Nothing beats a mom with her kids, hanging on the balcony to watch the waves (and wind and rain for us! haha). Just the very best, no matter the weather.

Gorgeous-Inside & Out

This was our 2nd stay in the condo. It is so gorgeous we had to come back again. The condo is decorated with a beach theme and is immaculate. It includes everything you need for a week away. The views are jaw dropping. On our last day we saw numerous dolphins-so exciting! Location is convenient to many shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to visit Ocean City. Thanks for a fantastic week!

Summer beach rental

We had a very nice stay. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean and fresh (could smell lysol throughout so felt safe in covid times ) building was clean and staff was helpful. Only challenge for us is the spaces in balcony, (large enough to fit a small child through ) were making me nervous from a safety perspective given we have young kids . But overall good time

Gorgeous Inside and Out

When I walked in the door and saw the view my jaw dropped. It was absolutely stunning as is the rest of the condo. The Oceanside balcony is enormous and you have a bay view balcony across the hall as well. The condo is spectacular from the view to the decor. Very nice indoor pool which is open until 10 pm. We had a fantastic week here and would definitely go back!!!

We fell in love

This was our family's first trip to Ocean City and we weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the property and how perfect it was for our needs. The first time opening our sliding doors and seeing that view was amazing. I'm a sunrise and sunset person and our views were stunning. Our kids loved being so close to the beach and our condo was so nice and quiet. We were close to everything and there was so much to do. Our kids are already planning our next trip. Thanks for making our first experience here so perfect.

Almost Perfect

The property was lovely but a bit difficult to locate due to small signage. After a few trips up and down Ocean Highway, we were thrilled when we entered the unit. It was clean and the ocean and bay views were lovely. Our only issue was the dishwasher overflowed on our first use on day 2 and the toaster never worked. Saroya was able to get a repairman in on day 5. A replacement toaster never arrived during our stay. On the plus side, communication with the owner was good. The location was perfect and we would be happy to stay there again.

A Perfect Getaway with Stunning Ocean Views and Bayside Sunset Views

This beachfront condo is perfect! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with breathtaking, panoramic views of the ocean—truly a sight to wake up to every morning. And a big bonus is this condo has bayside views too so sunrise oceanfront and then in the evening we would sit on the bayside patio and enjoy the amazing sunsets. The condo itself is beautifully furnished, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The living spaces are airy and inviting, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We would have coffee on the oceanside balcony and drinks bayside for sunsets. The bedrooms are cozy with plenty of storage and sleeping options. What really sets this condo apart is its thoughtful hosts. Soraya and Bruce both gave us wonderful recommendations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We tried all of them and they were all winners! We spent lazy days walking on the beach, lounging and reading and simply just enjoying a long weekend away before the holidays The building also features great amenities, and the proximity to local restaurants and shops was a big. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled beach vacation, this condo offers it all! perfect setting. perfect sett

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had everything you would need away from home. The only concern we had was the outdoor balcony rail because we had our 18 month grandson with us. The rails were at least 4 inches apart and the bottom of the railing was open. I am sure it is up to code but it was a safety concern for us. If you have a young child maybe bring a mesh net gate to put up on the rail to ease your concerns. The sunrise was beautiful from the deck.

Beautiful beach condo at Ocean City

We stayed for one week and really enjoyed the condo and amenities. It has an amazing view of both the beach and the bay, so you have the best of both. The condo is spacious, extremely clean and organized, well-equipped, and has a wonderful beach decor. All relevant info was communicated in a clear and precise manner by the owner. This property has a great indoor pool, which came in very handy as the week we stayed didn't have the best weather. We have been coming to OC for the past few years and this was one of the best properties we have stayed at.

Grew up vacationing in OC and was looking for an ocean front condo for our family to enjoy. Fell in love with the large, 30' ocean front balcony and private bay-side balcony. The building is not too large either so beach area is not nearly as crowded as larger neighboring condo buildings. It's a great family friendly building!
