Welcome to Your Dream Oceanfront Getaway!

Located on the 20th floor at 11100 Coastal Hwy in North Ocean City, our condo offers expansive views of both the ocean and the bay, providing the perfect backdrop for unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. The spacious condo features two large balconies, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

The building offers three high-speed elevators. The expansive sundeck, equipped with picnic tables and seasonal umbrella tables with chairs, is perfect for sunbathing and leisurely afternoons. Indoor pool permanently closed Fall 2024. A new outdoor pool will be completed June 2026.

Vacation at the Beach!

Condo was great, awesome ocean view, awesome bay view with beautiful sunsets. Very clean, nice beds, everything labeled. Mui was great, quick response to any questions we had! We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Beach Vacation

The condo is perfect -- impeccably clean, nicely furnished, and with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The views of the ocean and the sound of the waves are to die for! In addition to the beach-facing view, there is also a west-facing private balcony for enjoying spectacular sunsets over the bay. The owner is very thoughtful. The four of us had a wonderful week and will definitely book again. We highly recommend this condo!

Great week of Relaxation!

This condo fit exactly what we needed ... simple, clean, beautiful view of the ocean, great AC, comfortably bed, all the basic supplies needed for a great week of rest. All the restaurants we could enjoy were within minutes and we had fabulous beach time. The morning coffee on the balcony, watching dolphins in the mornings was pure delight!

Some of the furnishings were outdated but very clean, beautiful view, easy access to the beach. Great communication with the owner. We were unaware of the $60 charge for parking until we already booked our 3 night stay.

Fantastic Stay

Condo was just as it appeared online. Mornings spent having coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean we even saw dolphins numerous days. The building was very nice as was all staff we interacted with. Easy to get to the beach and easy to clean up from the beach. Pool was nice for a break with the kids. We would definitely come back again.

OCMD Vacation

We absolutely adored staying in the condo at The Irene. (Once we found it! There is a very small sign at the entrance we missed on first pass after dark, and the sign on the pool area was hard to make out). Otherwise, it was a relaxing, perfect week at "the shore". We hope to be back!

Our OCMD vacation 2024

The property was well stocked and very clean. We had an issue with the lock. I notified the owner who immediately remedied it. We had no issues after. The view of the ocean and bay were awesome. Will definitely stay here again 😊

The condo was exactly what we were hoping for

We really enjoyed staying at this condo unit during our first vacation at Ocean City. The unit was clean and neat. The views from the balconies were absolutely incredible! We had an amazing 20th floor ocean-front balcony on the main side of the condo unit. Across the hall on the opposite side was another amazing view of the waterfront bay. The sunrises and sunsets were wonderful! The unit was nicely equipped with some basic kitchen items such as plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots and pans, etc.. The unit had a nice modern look to it and was tastefully decorated. The owner was very good at responding to any questions we had. The Irene building itself was very nice and well-maintained. There was a nice indoor pool inside the main building that we could relax in after a long day of lounging at the beach. It would have been nice to have an outdoor pool too, but not highly necessary. Beach access was good. Take note that the beach is wide and it was a bit of a workout to walk through the thick hot sand to get to a good spot near the ocean to sit. Overall the beach was very clean and wasn't crowded when we were there in late August. Not sure how it is other times of the year. Grocery store, restaurants, and other and other shops were nearby within walking distance or a short drive. The boardwalk was about a 20-minute drive from the condo. We loved the area where we stayed and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful As Usual

Location and amenities (love the indoor pool and large deck) couldn’t be better. Plenty of room for four. Dan and Mui easy to work with….friendly and accessible.

Our family loves spending time on the beach in Ocean City MD. We purchased this condo 2018 because of the location. This building is located in the quiet part of Ocean City and right on the ocean. It's within walking distance to grocery store and many restaurants.

The building is very clean and well maintained, few renters, and very quiet. The beach is not overly crowded. It is a secure building, security code needed for evening hours. There are 2 balconies with Amazing views of the Ocean and the Bay.
