It was a great stay. Didn’t realize the other cabins were so close but still had privacy. It was close to everything which was awesome!! Hardly any traffic!

Very relaxing place to come back to after being out exploring the area. Very quiet. Good layout. Parking right in front of the cabin. Easy in and out. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Was thrilled to find things like coffee, filters, vegetable oil and salt and pepper and tin foil. Maybe left over from previous guests?? Not sure but it was nice. Cabin is decorated in black bear theme. Very cute. Not cluttered. Plenty of areas to store things not cluttered with too much furniture. Two large sofas for relaxing and watching tv. Would absolutely come back here again.

The home was exactly as we expected from the photos and beautiful. Great spot and community and very friendly people in town and helpful. Beautiful area The home is in need of a few improvements with supplies but other than that perfect The host was very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate. Highly recommend

The cabin was beautiful, not as secluded as I thought it would be but the kids enjoyed the community playground! The hot tub was warm and ready for us, we enjoyed the using the grill. The kids enjoyed the games and it was a great stay!

Had to take the trash on a 3.5 hours trip home due to the dumpster instructions not being listed more easily to find. Had to clean the towels prior to leaving and take the trash out, understandable price for cleaning should be around 50-100. Probably wouldn’t recommend again for the price.

We would never expect our guests to take trash back home. If you couldn’t find the community trash cans you could have just let us know and we would have very easily asked our caretakers to dispose it for you had you just left it inside the cabin. Also we don’t expect any guests to wash the towels or linens. Our caretakers take care of that and we send that in our check out instructions so we’re not sure how you missed that.

The cabin was very clean, wad in a perfect location which was close to everything but not enough so that you just heard constant traffic. The hot tub was An amazing reprieve after a long day at Dollywood. I will 100% book here again for my next trip to Tennessee next year! You will not regret staying here at all!

Great cabin

Very nice cabin with plenty of room and close to everything. Peacful and quiet community. Wonderful hosts quick to meet the needs of the guests and answer questions. Excellent all around trip.

Summer Break

Very clean and convenient cabin. Recommend removing the loft picture showing two beds. This is why we chose it and only one bed was on-site. Kids were a bit disappointed about it. Also arcade game doesn't function properly.

We had updated the pictures with the gamin arcade and without the air bed it looks like you saw some older images and booked based on that. The arcade game does work fine, it just needs to be changed from demo mode to playing mode to play. Hope you had reached out to us during your stay so we could have helped you figure it out.

The Pros: Plenty of room for our group of 5. 2 full bathrooms which are nice sized for cabins. 3 good sized bedrooms plus a "click clack" couch bed in the living room with another nice sized couch to sit on. Plenty of seating on the deck(s).The Cons: Property needs to have some cleaning, maintenance and replacements done. The stairs are missing some treads on the way to the bird poop covered decks, the bbq grill cover was torn and the hot tub cover is in horrible condition. There is dust and mold/mildrew on the chair cushions outside (yes I understand they are outside but they need a good scrub). There was no coffee maker and it took the owner over 7 hours to get back to me after I messaged about what type of coffee does the coffee pot listed in the description take? Where is the coffee maker? Hello? And that also included my call to VRBO to see if they could get a response. Kitchen has zero cups for water/milk/juice, there are wine glasses and coffee cups only. Pots and pans were a complete mess no organization whatsoever. No strainer, and I never found any baking dishes. While the inside is reasonably clean it is clear no deep cleaning has been done in a while, dust on baseboards and all corners need to be cleaned (I rarely, rarely hire a housekeeper because no one does the corners which are always in need of cleaning). Last the stairs to the upstairs bedroom stick way out and could be a hazard with kids running around. 3 stars tops.

Our apologies for the delay response. We are really prompt to respond but we were also traveling that weekend and VRBO notifications don’t always come through if you’re not online when they’re sent. We just recently did a deep clean, but will definitely look into getting another one right away as well as asking our caretakers to organize and update our kitchen utensils. We look forward to another opportunity to make it up to you during your next trip to the Smoky mountains.

Nice cabin

Property was just as described. Kitchen is quite small for preparing food, but that is obvious from the photos. We enjoyed our stay.

Women of Joy

Very nice home located 15 minute from LeConte Center. House was nicely stocked with needed amenities and was very cozy. Close to other homes but the whole area was very quiet. Loved the hot tub with a porch swing and rockers ❤ to enjoy the beautiful views! Owners sent numerous emails to make sure we were settling in and if we needed anything. Will definitely be back again!

Last minute rental

This was a last minute vacation and I just happened to run across this cabin. We had a wonderful experience staying at here. The cabin was located in a quiet neighborhood within a 10 minute drive into Pigeon Forge. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and accommodated our family wonderfully. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy cabin

My family enjoyed this cabin. We loved the quiet community it was in. It was clean and comfortable. Great location! Will definitely stay again when in the area! Also easy check in!

Senior trip

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful and the perfect spot to land after a day of hiking. Loved that it was close to things but far enough out that we got to enjoy the quiet and beauty of the area. Especially on the morning on the deck with coffee!!

But spot, but had electrical issues

The cabin was very nice on the inside and nicely located near DollyWood. We arrived after dinner time and found that several lights and outlets in the cabin were not working. My husband and 80 year old grandfather had to go under the cabin to try and flip the switch to see if that would fix the issue because no one was able to come out that evening. That did not fix the problem. One bathroom and bedroom had no working lights and the other bedroom had no outlets working. This was problematic because my grandfather must have an outlet for his breathing machine while he sleeps. Thankfully we had an extension cord and connected out in the hallway to his bedroom. If we did not have that, he would have had to either sleep on the floor near a working outlet or else he would not make it through the night without the machine. Someone came out the next morning to work on the issue. He was in and out of the cabin for several hours. The stove top would also not work well when cooking something. We had to turn it off and on again while cooking bacon and eggs. Appliances were very old and they need upgrading. The owner responded via messaging and was apologetic about the situation. We definitely splurged on the cabin because it was a gift to our grandparents for the weekend retreat. Disappointed though that the cabin was that expensive and yet had so many issues with it. Owner never offered to refund anything or give a discount because of all the problems. Will not be returning.

Very sorry about your unfortunate experience. As you mentioned on your review we did do everything possible to send the electrician out to get things resolved immediately. It seems like connecting some high power equipment tripped and burnt the wiring and it had to be re-run and that takes time. Not to mention getting people to come out in the mountains on a whim is not easy and we did overpay for the emergency service and tried to trouble shoot the issue with you till midnight after your checked in late and thought you were understanding and really grateful for our service and support.

Great cabin and great host!

We had a wonderful week and a great experience staying in this cabin. The host communicated well and let us know exactly what to expect when we arrived. It was especially helpful to know what amenities would be in the cabin when we got there. We didn't have to worry as much about getting the vacation started and could just start vacationing.
