"Bea by the Sea" is a beachfront house in Gulf Shores, Alabama available for rent. This precious cottage on the beach includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house has a spacious outdoor deck that will quickly become one of guests' favorite spots, as it overlooks the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. The deck has both sunny areas and a covered spot! Enjoy the beach and water anytime you desire, as you are located directly on the white sand! When it's time to return to the house, guests will enjoy showering off the sand in the outdoor beach shower.

This Gulf Shores beach house rental is perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway! The fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and quaint dining area are sure to provide everything you could possibly need on your stay! The master bedroom provides a King bed, a gulf view, and deck access. The second bedroom offers 2 full beds, and the third bedroom offers a queen. This beach house can accomodate up to 8 people. In spite of the comfort inside of Bea by the Sea, it will be difficult to stay inside for long in beautiful Gulf Shores. Book now to "Bea by the Sea" for pure relaxation and fun!

Home was beautifully decorated. Ocean view was gorgeous. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well. A few problems were noted about the house. The deck was not clean. Sand and broken shells were everywhere. The toilet's ran off and on all day and night. The master bedroom door was difficult to shut and lock due to rusted plates. We were only left with a half roll of toilet paper in the master bathroom, which was tacky. Also, a wad of hair was found on the master bedroom spread. Housekeeping needs improvement. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Definitely booking again next year! Check in was so easy! The location was perfect! The A/C (which is a big deal to me), was perfect!! We’ve been coming down for years and years, and I think this may be my favorite house I’ve stayed in.

Perfect stay for a girls trip! Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, etc…. Loved the deck, all the room outside, the windows in the master bedroom and living room that gave us a perfect view of the beach and the gulf….. so close we could hear the waves!!

This could have been an amazing trip, but sadly it was lackluster due to the fact that the lagoon behind the home conducts weekly water testing which can lead to court-ordered dredging of black sediment. This is then pumped into the water in front of the house via a pipeline. Please zoom in on one of the beach pictures and you will see a backhoe that also operates throughout the day to compact sand for the pipe. After some investigating I learned that this has been an issue for nearly 3 decades, so management and the owner should certainly be aware of it. This made the water almost black and earthy smelling for half of our trip when the wind shifted and the sediment flowed to the poor souls to the left of us. All of our neighbors were also extremely upset. When you spend the money for a beachfront home, as we did for my mom’s 70th, you have a right to know this is a possibility before signing a rental agreement. I reached out to the management company twice before getting a response and was then assured my request for a partial refund would be considered, but I never received a follow-up. There were also electrical issues in the house. Lights randomly turning on and off or glitching. I let the management company know as it could be a major safety risk to others. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but as potential renters, folks deserve to know the situation since it is not disclosed in the listing. I would strongly suggest renting a place far from Lagoon Pass.

Love the location

We chose this house mainly for its unbeatable location — literally right on the beach — and the fact that it was a standalone home. The views and access to the beach couldn’t have been better, and the setting really made the trip special.That said, the house did feel a bit cluttered due to an overabundance of furniture and décor. Most of it wasn’t necessary and actually took away from the overall comfort of the space. We also experienced some maintenance issues — the lights would flicker in multiple rooms, and the master bathroom toilet kept refilling every few minutes.These are all things that could be easily addressed, and if they were, the house would be much more cozy and enjoyable. We’d definitely consider coming back if those small updates were made — the location alone is hard to beat!

Beautiful and picturesque

We absolutely loved the property. Quite and beautiful atmosphere was to be had every day and night. The besch area was clean and the water was crystal clear. We will be going back to this property again.

Wonderful beach getaway

Our family loved our stay at this beachfront home in Gulf Shores, AL! The beach access was a standout, letting us step right onto the shore whenever we wanted. We appreciated the location—it was far enough from the condo complexes to avoid crowds, giving us a peaceful beach experience, yet close enough to easily enjoy the town’s attractions. The house was spacious and perfect for our family, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. We had a blast exploring nearby spots and highly recommend this place for a balanced, memorable getaway!

The house and beach access were perfect. The dishwasher didn’t seem to work and a wicker shelf in the master bath may never have been dusted. The dining room table is very very wobbly. We worked a puzzle there and it nearly gave way when we leaned on it just a bit. These are minor, tho, it was all perfect for us!

Amazing time at Bea by the Sea!

We had an awesome week at the property with our 3 kids. The house was just as advertised and just a short walk down the beach. Amazing views annd we enjoyed the porch as a hangout spot and the kids could play right down in the sand. We were able to grill on the charcoal grill right there and not have to deal with the crowds at local restaurants. We had one minor issue on our trip with the jets in the tub and after sending a message a person was there within minutes to resolve it. Overall I would say this is a great place to put your feet in the sand with your family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores and hope to come back in the near future!

Best beach!

We visited Gulf Shores and found this little gem of a house right on the beach. The beach was beautiful and the house sits right behind the dune. In addition, the porch provided great visibility to the beach. We had an entire day of dolphins swimming back and forth along the beach! The house was clean. Could use some updating but served the purpose.

Great getaway

We loved being right on the beach. We had everything we needed. Loved the ice maker. Close to restaurants. Enjoyed getting up early in the morning, walking down to the beach and fishing.

Great Location

Fantastic location, steps from the beach. Beach was not busy as it is mostly all homes near by. Kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. Beds are comfy. Great for families with young children.
