Beautiful new home with outstanding views of the Matananzas river. Watch dolphins play and yachts cruise by from your back porch. Catch the sunset from the elevated dock on the water while sipping a cold beverage. If you're feeling adventurous, jump on a kayak or paddle board and explore the quaint islands nearby. If the ocean is calling, take a 2 minute ride or short walk to the beautiful white sands of Crescent beach and enjoy a day in the waves. Grab a surf board or boogie board from the garage for some extra excitement. After a day of fun, head back to Crescent Retreat, slip into some comfy clothes, Netflix and Chill! You will feel right at home with elegant décor, cozy bedding, new TV's and updated appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The Primary bedroom is on the first floor and boasts a king size, Sleep Number bed, spacious bath, huge walk in shower and extremely generous closet. Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms. Two bedrooms provide comfortable queen beds, ensuite bathrooms and slider doors onto the balcony deck with outstanding river views. The third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds and a spacious closet. The Living room, Primary bedroom and Loft room have Smart TV's for you to enjoy during your stay. The living room sofa extends into a comfortable queen bed and a washer and dryer are there for your convenience. Golf cart rental available upon request.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful week at this house! So much to offer and the golf cart to the beach was wondeful! Great location and the sunsets....wow! AMAZING! The kids loved the kayaks and even saw a dolphin off the dock! Firepit was great to end our evenings! We will definitely be coming back soon.

Lovely home, great river view

Great view of the river. Home was clean and fully equipped with kitchen items and linens. Jared was quite responsive to all my questions. Comfy primary bed and bath. Golf cart was fun and a nice touch. Nice location near to St. Augustine but far enough away to be outside of the touristy areas. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic House, with easy beach access

We loved this property! House was plenty spacious for our large group to spread out, and was very clean. Having access to the golf cart made going to the beach and lugging all the beach gear a breeze. Sunrise and sunset views from the dock were absolutely beautiful. We saw turtles, dolphins, and sting rays from the dock! Communication with Jared was great! Would highly recommend this place for a great beach getaway

An awesome gem!

We had the most amazing time, highly recommend. The house is beautiful, we loved access to paddle boards and kayaks, exploring nearby; fishing off the dock and then taking the golf cart across to the beach. Our kids spent so much time outdoors and we didn’t want to leave. Jared was responsive and so great, we absolutely would come back.

Great family house! Beautiful location on the river and fishing from the dock! Just a short golf cart ride away from the beach or a relatively quick walk. Beautiful sunsets!!

Heaven Sent!

We spent a glorious 4 days at this beautiful home with our family ages 3-94! It was absolute perfection! The view from the decks are amazing… sunsets are breathtaking! The dock is such fun & the kayak lift is easy to operate. Had some rip roaring fires in the fire pit. Inside, the house is so well designed, spacious, comfortable & absolutely beautiful! Love the great pantry space. Kitchen is very well equipped. The window from the dining room gives a perfect view of those amazing sunsets… in fact the entire living area offers breathtaking views! The master bedroom is huge & the master shower fits an entire family! The closet is massive! Loved the loft sitting area with TV for kids to watch. We loved having access to golf cart which was fun. This home is probably one of our favorite vacation spots! We’d love to come back during summer time & enjoy Crescent Beach a hop, skip & jump away. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!! Made some great family memories ❤️ PS Jared was absolutely amazing! Got back to me quickly & was sooo flexible!! Thank you so much!

Amazing Getaway w/ Extended Family

All was as promised and then some! The views from all the windows out back were to the river. Mind blowing sunsets. Saw dolphin pods off the dock. Went fishing off the dock and caught one. Had friends over with our family for an evening by the fire pit on the water. Beds were super comfortable. Close to the beach. And easy drive to St. Augustine and good restaurants. Parking for 4 cars off the street. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Very responsive hosts as questions came up. Would love to come back again.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This property is amazing. We took a chance renting it without it having any reviews. The pictures depict this beautiful home perfectly. Inside: The beds are super comfortable. The attached bathrooms to the two rooms upstairs in addition to the suite downstairs make this a perfect place for both a couples getaway or several families. Everyone enjoyed having their own space. Outside: This is where this home makes it worth not staying directly on the beach. The amenities that included paddleboards, kayaks, hammock, fire pit, dock, fishing poles, and a golf cart made vacationing here an incredible experience. We enjoyed splitting our time between time on the river and time at the beach. There truly was something for everyone to do. The golf cart is great for taking you to the beach and several local restaurants (and an ice cream shop). All are also only a short walk from the house if you don't want to use the golf cart. The house is located on a quiet street with nice neighbors. Visiting the bait shop is an absolute must. We 100% plan on returning to this property.

Great Week

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was beautiful and we all caught and ate fish from the dock. There was a short drive to St. Augustine and we enjoyed some family time at the house as well as a few excursions. Highly recommended.

Incredible property!!!

This house was in the most incredible location between the beach and the inter coastal waterway and it is brand new! It is perfect for families with a large and open kitchen and living room. My kids must have caught 10 different types of fish off the dock and there is a bait shack within walking distance. The neighbors are so friendly as well. We would love to come back here for spring break and several times a year for years to come!!!

Perfect!

Best family vacation ever! We are already planning to come back again. The house was spotless and decorated so beautifully. A great location too - perfect for fishing off the private pier and across the street from the beach. Or take a short drive to downtown St. Augustine where there’s tons to explore, shop and eat!

Our First Trip To Crescent Beach

Our first trip to Crescent Beach and Saint Augustine was an amazing friends and family trip! The home was immaculate! Everything was extremely clean and maintained in new condition. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back deck and afternoons on the dock. We caught some LARGE flounder, saw dolphins playing, sea turtles around the dock and enormous sting ray swimming. The Kayaks were easy to maneuver in the early morning but don’t try it on a Sunday, It’s best spent for boat watching. A short drive to Saint Augustine and we enjoyed delicious food and fun atmosphere! The beach is walking distance to the home. We enjoyed our first opportunity to drive onto the beach and leaving the back of the truck loaded with our beach supplies was a plus! We 100% will be returning to the area and hope this home is available.
