Seaspray Condos - 201B

One Queen bed in the master bedroom, two Full beds in one guest bedroom and one Full bed in the other guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. The living room has a 48" TV, one bedroom has a 38" TV and the other a 28" TV. This unit also includes a blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, waffle/cone maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Only one dog or declawed cat is preferred as per owner. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)
