Birkdale Shopping Center is within a five-minute drive. Jetton Park has many walking trails and playground for the children.

This condo is more than a rental—it's a cherished second home. To preserve its tranquility, we do not rent to large groups for events like weddings or reunions and firmly discourage parties. Your peace of mind is guaranteed with an exterior security camera at the front door—rest easy, the interior remains your private sanctuary.
