Beautiful apartment for 4 - Eiffel Tower

Come and discover Paris in our apartment in the heart of the 15th arrondissement, less than 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. You will enjoy a rare location, as soon as you leave the apartment you will see our beautiful Eiffel Tower around the corner!



The Space:

The apartment is 40 square meters and is located on the ground floor on street, which is very convenient because you do not have to carry your suitcases.

It is a renovated old store, and you will also benefit from air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.



The living room is bright and very nice. You will find a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table, a separate kitchen and a shower room.

In the basement you will find a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a small closet to store your belongings.

You will have access to the whole apartment



The Neighborhood:

It is a safe and pleasant area where you will find many bakeries (famous bakery Poilâne), cheese shop, supermarkets and wine store nearby.

The traditional Parisian market with fresh products takes place on Wednesdays and Sundays - from 8am to 9pm of the Dupleix metro along the boulevard de Greneille.

French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Lebanese, and many other restaurants are very close to the apartment.



Explore Paris

Nearest metro/RER stations: Bir-Hakeim (Grenelle), Dupleix and RER C - Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel.

In 5 to 10 minutes, the metro or RER will take you to the avenue Champs-Élysées, Saint Germain des Prés/ Latin Quarter and Notre-Dame Cathedral or Orsay Museum.

Another 5-minute drive and you will visit the Louvre or Montmartre.

The Palace of Versailles is only 30 min - direct line RER C.



Business visitors are close to:

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles/ Parc des expositions is 15 minutes by metro.

La Défense Espace Grande Arche and CNIT Paris are 20 minutes by metro line 6 and RER A.

The Palais des Congrès de Paris (Porte Maillot) is 15 minutes by RER C.
