The Eiffel Tower Suite is a two bedroom, luxury Paris vacation rental in the center of the world's most visited neighborhood. Quiet and relaxing, walk outside and you feel like the Eiffel Tower could fall on you. The Apartment has all new furnishings and antiques (pre-war Metro bench from a Paris Bistro), oriental carpets, 32 in flat screen tv, free idd, wifi, a king-sized Canopy Bed and two high quality Simmons single bed (can make a queen), fully fitted Kitchen with Cable TV carrying the Movie Channel, eight Sports Channels, and Children's channels. Fourth floor with elevator, the Suite is cool, very light and quiet with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Paris.

Every guest is special. Walk outside for bistros, cafes, bakers butchers, grocery stores, to the Eiffel or to the Seine and beyond.

Mid-week cleaning available.

I’d be lying if I did not say this is a five star host and property but don’t want to run the risk of dates being closed out when we want to come back- lol. Great apartment, great location, fantastic building, and awesome neighborhood. Traveling with our 2 girls (13 and 9) we hit it hard during the day having a hearty and heavy lunch each day to return to the apartment around 6 to play games and eat a light dinner assembled from the neighborhood. Our accommodations could not have been better. A short walk to the train and healthy hike to many desired attractions; plus a quiet but well stocked neighborhood. Great family spot. This was a winner!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The check in and out was easy, with clear instructions. The only reason I'm not rating this higher is because of the door lock. We've traveled many places and realize these older locks can be tricky, but this was so difficult, we spent on average 10-15 minutes trying to open the door. At night, we decided that since the building requires a key fob, to sleep with the door slightly open because of our fear of being trapped inside in case of a fire. This was not ideal, to say the least.

The location was perfect and well maintained No dresser in the main bedroom and shower quite small. It was clean and stocked well with all of the essentials. The key is quite tricky. We had trouble a few times during our stay getting back into the apartment late at night. Very safe though.

This is a lovely apartment in a great neighborhood. Unlike others, it has a convenient elevator, making our stay much more pleasant. It was clean, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The owner even provided a welcome basket that made our arrival more comfortable. Check in was easy and the local host was very accommodating. The only negative is the bathroom which is so tiny that it became an inconvenience. There simply is no room for a bigger bath, and I believe the owner has made the very most of the space available. Despite that, I would definitely make this our first choice for a future Paris visit.

Location, location, location! I chose this property because our 10 year old grandson is obsessed with the Eiffel Tower. The proximity of the apartment and the view from the street to the Eiffel Tower would be hard to beat. It was magical to view the Eiffel Tower every time we stepped out the door. The apartment was comfortable although a third soft seat would have been appreciated since only two could fit on the loveseat. The bathroom was tiny, especially the shower. My 6’ husband had a challenge turning around in the shower but this was not a deal breaker. Just be prepared. No counter space to speak of. The main bedroom has nowhere to place clothes but the room our grandson occupied has a bureau and a closet. Great for him but not helpful for us. We ended up stacking our clothes on the bench at the foot of the bed. Again not a problem just good to know about. Luckily we only had carry on luggage. We did hear some restaurant noise as others had mentioned but it did not interfere with our sleep. My only real disappointment was my communication with the host prior to arrival. It took quite awhile for him to respond and his responses were not particularly helpful or friendly. Since the location is in a very touristy area the restaurants are not very good and borderline terrible. The best time of the day was our nightly walk to Amorino Gelato! Absolutely delicious.! The metro was a 20-30 minute walk. All in all it was a good experience.

Great location and spacious for Paris. We appreciated the welcome basket. Only complaints were that there was a restaurant on the first floor of the building and when we had the windows open we could hear the pots and pans banging all night. The apartment looks into an interior courtyard. The washer and dryer were broken during our stay and we weren’t informed until our arrival.

I cannot say enough great things about this apartment. It was located in the 7th and was a short walk to Tour Eiffel, the Seine, and the metro among other things. It was the perfect amount of space for us with two bedrooms, living space, kitchen, and bath. The kitchen was stocked well although we only spent one night in. Having a washer/dryer was so helpful to keep us packed light. The air conditioners and fans kept us cool on really hot days and nights. I would definitely recommend this listing. It is also the most comprehensive check in instructions that I have ever received, it was so helpful.

This apartment was perfect for my family of 4. It's in a prime location just off the main drag, but close enough to walk to the main sites or hop in a metro. The views if the Eiffel tower as you step out of the aprtment were incredible. There were a lot of good restaurants in thebarea.

An absolute gem!

Honestly, we couldn't have picked a better location to stay at in Paris if we tried. This place is perfect! We were given the address about a week before we travelled, which honestly helped us be able to prepare for our trip around town using public transportation. Everything is very accessible from this spot, as metro and bus locations are but a 10 minute walk at most!Check in and check out was a breeze, and we were even given a local phone number to contact in case we needed anything. The property is on a very quiet street and has views of an adorable little courtyard from the property itself. Everything you might need is included, and I mean everything! There were two umbrellas in case it rained, a little welcome goodie basket to start our week off right, an air conditioner unit if it was warm, two fans to move air, and more. The view is exactly what you see here whrn you step outside. Right across the street there is an elementary school, so it was fun getting to watch the families drop their kids off in the mornings!The neighborhood has every kind of restaurant you might want, as well as all of the extras (pharmacy, grocery, etc). We didn’t try any other area in Paris for dinner all week and didn’t even scratch the surface on trying all the cute eateries!I'm not sure we will be coming back to Paris anytime soon, but if we do, this is absolutely the first place I will check to see is available! Thank you for an amazing week!

Perfect Location!

This apartment is located in a beautiful building in literally the perfect location. So close to the Eiffel Tower, yet off the busy “tourist avenue” a block or so over. We found many gems of restaurants, patisseries, fromageries, and cafes in the small surrounding streets, which meant we could stay away from the jam packed locations with terrible reviews. The apartment had everything my mother and I needed to be comfortable. We were able to walk to Saint Chappell and the Musée D’Orsay, but if you’re not up to walk so far the metro and RER are close by! Also, don’t neglect the amazing gluten free restaurant just beneath. We were grateful for the elevator after staying in a 5th floor walk up in Montemarte, especially because my mother is in her 70’s.

No hot water

Upon our arrival, we have discovered that there is no hot water. As per property manager the heater broke 2 days ago and the owner who lives in Ohio chose not to inform us. We were forced to roam the streets of Paris on a sat night straight from the airport hoping to find a room for 3 for 5 nights. The owner kept calling demanding to know exactly when we will vacate the apt and threatening to charge a cleaning fee if we made any mess. We didn't even have a chance to sit down!. No apology was offered whatsoever. He was obnoxious and pushy. We had to get an expensive hotel suite for 500 a night or sleep outside. Nothing else was available.If we stayed even one night we would not receive any refund. They say parisians are rude? No one was as rude as Mark from Ohio.

Great location!

Close to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, shops, and transportation. This cozy apartment provided comfortable beds, and basic amenities. Perfect for a family on the go.

Cozy apartment steps from the Eiffel Tower!

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable apartment in the 7th arondissement, just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment was clean and tidy at our arrival. The apartment had a full bathroom, a kitchen/living area, and two bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment overlooks the building’s interior courtyard, so it was very quiet! Easy communication with the host. It was a great choice for our family of three.

Family of four - really enjoyed!

Family of four from Australia (including two teenagers). The two bedrooms were great, and the family room/kitchen was all we needed. And so close to the Eiffel Tower! Would definitely recommend.

Apartment living in paris

Came to Paris with my husband and 22 year old daughter to visit my daughter during her study abroad. Apartment was great. Lots of room for all of us and the living room area was a great bonus. Supermarket was 500 feet from the apartment making it easy to grab essentials. The washer and dryer was a bit tricky. First time using a 2 in 1. Edgar was quick to respond with directions regarding how to use the appliance but also with the TV. Location is absolutely perfect. View from the apartment is a small courtyard area but when you walk out the front door the Eiffel Tower is to your right and a beautiful sight. We walked all over the city and it was so nice to have a little home away from home to come back to.

Perfect Location in Paris!

Mark’s place was exactly as described and perfect for myself and my two girlfriends. Yes - the bathroom is tiny (not sure my friend’s 6’3” husband would’ve fit in the shower) but it was dandy for us. Loved the elevator - a bit of a luxury in Paris and the proximity to everything was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Great location and nice apartment!

Overall this was a great place for us to stay. My wife and I brought our daughter for her senior trip. Check in was easy. Lots of local stuff from restaurants to grocery store to the Eiffel Tower only a few blocks away.
