VL70 is non-smoking and is pet-free with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths (accommodating 12). Check-in and out is on Saturday only from May 1st to September 30th. Amenities include: Access to our community pool and fitness center, miles of lighted docks with a 30' boat slip reserved for you at Ballast Point Canal #86, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts and outdoor pavilion nearby, covered parking for boat or jet ski trailer, and sound-front private decks and pier. Top-floor and sound-front Master suite with King bed, jetted tub, and personal furnished deck. The 2nd Master suite is located on the entry floor with King bed and private bathroom. The 3rd Bedroom is located on the middle floor between the living level and top-floor and has a King bed and private access to full bathroom. The 4th bedroom is located on the living-level with a Queen-Sized Triple Bunk Bed. Additionally, there is a twin fold out bed. There are four 55-inch TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The homes has WiFi, games, bicycles, books, tennis rackets, beach supplies (boogie boards and beach umbrella), gas fireplace, fish cleaning station, grill and sound-front furnished deck. This home has a panoramic view of Roanoke Sound, outdoor shower, and parking for 4 vehicles maximum (If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee).
