Accommodating up to 13 guests, the sleeping arrangements include 2 King beds, 3 Queens, and a Pyramid Bunk (Double on the bottom, Twin on top).

Designed with a reverse floor plan, the main-level great room exudes elegance, featuring vaulted ceilings and a plethora of amenities. Unwind in the spacious living area, complete with a flat-screen HDTV, surround sound, stereo, and a convenient bar area. A half bath adds to the convenience. Additionally, the Master Suite is on this level is appointed with a King bed. On the entry level, you'll find the second bedroom equipped with a King bed, the third bedroom which offers 2 Queens, the fourth bedroom offering another Queen bed, and the fifth bedroom which boasts a Pyramid bunk (Double on the bottom/Twin on the top). Each of these bedrooms features its own private bath, ceiling fans, and flat-screen HDTVs. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi throughout the home and all of the TVs are equipped with Roku devices or Amazon firesticks, making streaming your favorite shows a breeze (Cable is available through the Roku devices only at this time, you will need to sign into your own streaming services). The property also provides entertainment options like movies, books, games, puzzles, bicycles, beach chairs, a crab pot, a gas grill, and a fish cleaning sink.

Enhancing your vacation experience, "Family Tradition" showcases a private in-ground pool, available for use from May 1st to October 1st. The pool area is complete with comfortable chaises, tables with umbrellas, and a relaxing hot tub on the deck a few steps away (also accessible from April 1st to October 1st). Outdoor living spaces are adorned with durable "Built to Last" furnishings, allowing you to savor the outdoors in style. The upper deck features a gas grill, perfect for cookouts, while the lower deck offers a porch swing for moments of tranquility. Ample parking is available for up to 6 vehicles, including golf carts, and there is also covered parking for boat/jet ski trailers (subject to size limitations). For boating enthusiasts, the property provides 55' of private dock space at Spinnaker Canal #27. Please note that no landline phone is provided, and an outdoor enclosed shower is conveniently located under the house.
