Luxury Romantic 'Studio by the Beach' Free WiFi, Central Air and Heat

Contemporary, Clean and Cozy! No need to worry about parking, driving or long walks to the beach anymore. This perfectly positioned beach property allows you to be AT the beach for those wonderful long walks ON the Beach! Great beach views from this cozy and well appointed Cape Cod getaway. The beach water here on Nantucket Sound is amongst the most comfortable on the entire Cape. A myriad of dining and recreation options as well as a sense of Cape Cod peaceful breezes and lapping waves makes this a splendid choice for many seasons. Back deck has Cafe style seating, Weber grill and partial ocean views. Hot and Cold water outdoor shower refreshes after beach day. Granite counters, breakfast bar and premium stainless steel appliances including convection oven in case you feel like cooking rather than dining out at any number of fine local restaurants. Queen size bed, full size 4 foot shower, free wireless internet, Blue Ray DVD and cable TV. Fully insulated to keep the Central A/C cool in summer and the gas heat warm in the Spring and Fall. Large sliding glass door shows the morning sun glistening over the Ocean. Summer reservations are Saturday to Saturday only. Guests will bring their own bedlinens and towels. NO PETS. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons (including children of any age).

The Perfect Getaway Location

Come for the location and beach views, stay for the cozy apartment with amazing water pressure. Perfect for 2 people, this apartment was walking distance to the beach with the ability to hear the ocean waves through the side door. We truly enjoyed our stay, the hosts were quick to respond to questions and plan to come back again in the near future!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Nice stay in Dennisport

We had a great stay at Erin and Tom's studio! Their place was very clean and had a well thought out plan of the studio for 2. Location to the beach and area restaurants and shops were very convenient!

Wonderful stay

The location was outstanding but what made our stay phenomenal was the neighbors. They all were so friendly and welcoming. The condo was spotless and very modern.

Awsome place right near the beach.

We enjoyed our week at this Property. This Property is perfectly located to the beach and many fine restaurants. I like to go on vacation and park my car for the week. This is that kind of place. Love it and will book it next year

Fabulous small property

Beautiful and relaxing!

My college age daughter and I came for a beach getaway. It was a perfect spot with the beach right across the street. The cottages are cute and the people all around were very nice. It was great to have the option to eat in or out and the property was exactly as listed.

Quiet and relaxing stay .

Suitable for one or two. Cozy and clean with many nearby things to do . Fully equipped kitchen which worked out well for breakfast. Full microwave for reheating and a 4 burner stove top. Thank- you to Tom and Erin for an enjoyable week.

Just Enough of Everything!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This is a well-appointed property for a single person or couple on the go. Surrounding rentals were quiet and respectful of the small outdoor space and there was no issue with the main road in front of the property. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others looking to stay in the area.

Fantastic Couples Getaway

My girlfriend and I stayed on the property from Aug. 5th thru Aug 12th 2023. The location is perfect. I could walk to the beach for early AM fishing and then sit on the deck and have breakfast as we people watched. The apartment is perfect for two, and we had a wonderful time. Great location and cute little cottage

The cottage is really small but well put together. Located across the street from the beach. We toured a lot of areas and it's location was great for this. If you are traveling in, note linens are not provided. Not ideal if traveling from the West Coast. You can pay extra if you need those items. The owners were great to work with and were very responsive. I would stay there again.

Anniversary getaway

Cute little studio right across from the beach. Loved that we had such easy access to the beach and hearing the waves crashing every time we stepped out the door was the cherry on top. The studio was perfect for the two of us. Communication was great and i would stay there again. The only thing to be aware of is parking. Slightly inconvenient to park on the other side of the building and have to walk on the road. Overall though i definitely would recommend.

Tiny but cute

The studio was exactly as portrayed by the pics. It was clean and well appointed (but you have to bring your own towels and sheets). Two beach chairs are provided. Parking is not ideal as you have to walk on the street to get to your car (fairly short walk) but should be fine unless you have difficulty walking. There was a problem with the hot water when I got there but Erin and Tom were very apologetic and stayed in touch with me until it was corrected. They were wonderful hosts. I would rent again.
