The comfortable accommodation includes :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;

- and a large living room with a second double bed in the sleeping area to relax in after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and dedicated workspace.

It's like living in a single-storey bungalow!

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Parking category C, Wi-Fi, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, Raclette machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that I don't have a TV.

The apartment is well laid out. You'll find a "Carrefour Market" supermarket in the adjoining building for your everyday needs.

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant, lively neighborhood. It's within easy reach of many Paris landmarks (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, École Militaire), and not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen). With its own shopping mall, Beaugrenelle, and streets full of stores like Rue du Commerce, it's a great place to shop. You'll feel right at home here, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and security.
