Stay 6 Nights and get the 7th Night Free Special: May 1, 2026 - November 20, 2026 inclusive. This spectacular beachfront condominium is located directly on world-famous 7 mile beach at Discovery Point Club (#1 rating by Tripadvisor for Specialty Lodging on Seven Mile Beach).

Fortunately, the north end of Seven Mile Beach, where we are located, has not sustained beach erosion like the south end has.
This unit boasts a casual yet elegant Caribbean dƩcor with many upgraded amenities throughout the unit including a well-stocked and updated kitchen.

With only a few steps to the beach, you will enjoy the 350 ft. private beach right out your back door. The crystal clear turquoise water, pristine sandy beach, lush tropical vegetation and dramatic sunsets are all part of the backdrop for this tropical paradise. There is something for everyone whether you enjoy relaxing under a thatched hut in a chaise lounge reading your favorite book or snorkeling directly in front of the condo amongst the beautiful coral reefs.

You will enjoy the western exposure which provides the most dramatic sunsets right from the screened-in lanai.

In-house amenities include a washer and dryer, three flat-screen TVā€™s with cable, DVD, stereo system, telephone for local calls, and complementary Wi-Fi. Fresh linens and beach towels are supplied and housekeeping is provided daily, except for Sundays and holidays, at no additional charge.

Here in Grand Cayman you can do as much or as little as you want...whether it is horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, swimming with dolphins, exploring Pedro St. James, visiting world renowned stingray city or the worldā€™s only turtle farm, or just sitting by the pool enjoying the warmth of the Caribbean sun. The stay at Discovery Point, and in particular, this unit was a great experience! The unit is well maintained and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc to ensure you have what you need during a stay.Jill was very responsive to all our inquiries.The Discovery Point Staff are over the top friendly, with great service(maids come everyday (except Sunday) with fresh beach towels available at any time. All staff members were so kind, and friendly to our grandchildren. And pickleball!A great place for a family vacation in Grand Cayman.

Easy beach vacation

Our stay was exactly what we wanted for spring break. Quiet beach, snorkeling right outside our room, and pool/sand for the kids to play in.

A wonderful location

Thank you to our wonderful hosts. My family was totally comfortable at their condo (#11) at Discovery Point. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The beds were cozy and clean. The washrooms were updated with amenities, towels, and the daily housekeeping was so nice. It was easy to find yourself on the lanai for each meal, or a game of cards, watching the incredible sun setting or listening to the waves. The beach location is stunning and well equipped with cabanas and plenty sun-chairs. Gorgeous sandy entry into the water to the left, and the kids loved exploring the rocky tide pools right in front, finding a small octopus, among many many other treasures. We enjoyed our week to the fullest whether relaxing by the beach and pool or heading into the West Bay area to explore. We'd recommend dinner at the Calypso Grill, and also at Coccoloba, just a 20 minute walk down the beach if you wanted to. We booked a snorkel/stingray trip with Captain Marvin at the recommendation of our hosts, and it was a wonderful day at sea and beach lunch. We also enjoyed the Turtle Conservation Centre and a drive through the Barkers National Park. The island has many locals who will get to talking about keeping it a safe, inviting place, and there is a warm community feeling. It being our second time visiting the island, staying at the Westin previously, we would definitely recommend the condo lifestyle if you love a no fuss, luxurious, secluded beach vacation. Definitely among the best!

Fantastic rental, hosts and location!

Our family of 4 (2 teens) enjoyed our stay in Discovery Point #11. The location of the actual rental on the property was perfect with amazing views of the ocean. The layout of the condo was perfect. We appreciated the queen plus twin beds in one bedroom and king bed in the other each with its own bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to make our meals. AC was great. The office staff were excellent and welcoming. Jerry, Sirian and the ladies in the office were very helpful. Jerry was fun and cut down coconuts from a tree on our property to open for the kids to drink. Our taxi driver recommended by our hosts, Rita, was very nice and helpful. Just call her ahead of time for any transport and she was always on time with a smile on her face. Also, appreciated Ms. Deen coming to clean our rental throughout the week and added bonus, she helped us with our dirty dishes! Such a lovely surprise. Loved our stay and cannot wait to return next year! Thank you to Gail and Jim for sharing their beautiful home with us!

Fantastic!! This was our first time visiting Grand Cayman and we loved it! We will definitely stay here again, no need to look anywhere else. Gail and Jim were so responsive and their unit is so well equipped and clean! Perfect location with everything you'll need for a great vacation. Snorkeling is fantastic right outside the condo, and the pool and hot tub are luxurious. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could :)

Fantastic Family Trip!

We had an awesome family vacation in Grand Cayman! Discovery Point Club is in a great location on the northern end of SMB and it's quick and easy to get to Georgetown or northern West Bay, where we went diving. Our family loved snorkeling right off the Discovery Point beach every day where we saw lots of really cool fish. The condo is super clean and had everything that we needed. We hope to be back very soon.

Quiet retreat

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo on Seven Mile Beach. Conveniently located in West Bay on the north end of SMB- five minute drive to George Town. Snorkel access directly from the beach, lots of fish in shallow water. Lovely pool, quiet guests, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Exceeded Expectations!

This was our first trip to the Caribbean, and we could not have been more pleased with our stay on Seven Mile Beach - Discovery Point. The view from the condo was amazing. The condo was as advertised. The owners: Gail and Jim were terrific. This trip was just my wife and we found Discovery Point a great place to be. I walked the beach in both directions and while there appeared to many great complexes to choose from, none seemed to have the charm of Discovery Point. From our condo, the walk to the pool through the beautifully landscaped breeze way was just stunning. The pool was right on the beach - with outstanding views of Seven Mile beach. Every morning, I enjoyed my coffee on the pool deck overlooking seven-mile beach and every evening we had a glass of wine out on the beach or pool area to watch amazing sun sets. The Snorkeling in front of the condo was better than expected. The condo is a two bedroom nicely furnished and very comfortable. The bathrooms had been recently upgraded and the showers were great. The unit would have been an ideal unit to bring kids or friends. When you are in the kitchen, family room or screened in porch you are looking out on one of the most scenic views your will ever see. We rented a car and found discovery point to be a great "base" to operate from. There are many popular restaurants within a 15-minute or less drive - some are great local spots off the beaten trail as well.

Last Minute Vacation

When we decided to change our vacation destination the week before our trip, we booked the only condo in Grand Cayman we could find. We could not have been more pleased with our rental! Everything was clean modern. The snorkeling off the beach was wonderful and the location was quiet yet still close to all the action. We would come back again and again!

At home in Grand Cayman

We wanted a peaceful spring break getaway with our college-age daughter. This was the perfect spot. Easy access to restaurants, two minute drive to Fosterā€™s (grocery store) to stock up, super clean and well-maintained condo ON THE BEACH. Gorgeous views and clean, quiet beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen stocked with all essential tools to cook. Highly recommend.

Great stay

Lovely place. Kitchen is well stocked, everything as pictured. Beach is great and the staff on site does a great job. Daily housekeeping was a nice surprise (I guess we didnā€™t read the small print.) We did not rent a car but used a local taxi service that was always available with friendly polite drivers. Canā€™t wait to come back.

Discovery Point in the Caymans

There's a moment before opening a door at a new place where you wonder if it will be as nice as advertised. The Mancuso's condo wasn't as nice as advertised - it was much better! My whole family was blown away as soon as we walked in. Perfect location, clean and comfortable, and a great home base to enjoy all the Cayman's have to offer. If you want to avoid the crowds further south on 7 mile beach then this is the place to stay. Thank you Jim and Gail for a great Christmas vacation. (Oh, and and extra shoutout for having NFL Sunday ticket so we could watch the Browns!)

Great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in Grand Cayman and the condo was just what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beach view was beautiful and there were always available cabanas for us to relax under. My husband enjoyed being able to snorkel right from Discovery Place. The unit itself was very clean and well kept. We would not hesitate to stay again!

The hosts and on-site staff were fantastic. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The unit was furnished with everything we needed. The beach was wonderful and the property was very well maintained. We hope to visit again soon.

We both have grown up and currently live in New England and always have enjoyed being around the ocean. We have enjoyed the slower pace of life on Grand Cayman and the quality time we have spent together as a family. Our children have many fond memories of each trip we have made together and the part they remark on most is the enjoyment of 'island time.'

The Cayman Islands has the most beautiful turquoise sea and pristine sandy white beaches we have ever seen. We remark each day just how beautiful and clear the water is. Snorkeling is superb and there are many different coral reefs to visit. We have found that the reef in the 'backyard' is one of our favorites. The staff at the condo are warm and accommodating and the property is always immaculately maintained. We have also found that the Caymanian people are delightful and wonderful to visit with.

The only turtle farm in the world is approximately a 10 minute drive from the condo and worth the visit. We enjoy full day snorkeling adventures with Captain Marvin's Watersports. You get to visit unique snorkeling locations, plus a visit to the famous Stingray City. If you rent a car, plan a day to tour the island all the way to Rum Point. You will marvel at the different sites along your way, including Pedro St. James, Wreck of the Ten Sail, and the blow holes.
