Great pool home in prime location (Golden Beach) on Venice Island ,walk to beach

Our home is located in one of the nicest and sought after Island of Venice neighborhoods: Golden Beach

The house is in a peaceful quiet area, yet still very centrally located in a small street close to South Gulf Harbor Drive. Venice Main Street, restaurants, Publix, beaches and golf course are all within 1mile!
Most houses in this safe, peaceful and friendly neighborhood are owned by residents or second homes of snowbirds. This makes our house your ideal home base for a great and relaxed holiday.

Spend your night in one of our four bedrooms, which are newly furnished and have new quality bedding. One Master room with king size bed has glass sliding doors opening to the screened in courtyard. It has an enclosed bath with closet and the bathroom has a door opening to the pool area. Our second master bedroom has got a king size bed and enclosed bathroom with shower and WC as well. This room is equipped with a Samsung 40' Full HDTV& sound bar. The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen bed and twin beds respectively. These two rooms can share our third bathroom with tub&WC.
The living room is centrally located in the house and has got glass sliding doors exciting to the nice courtyard. Relax and enjoy the entertainment offered by our 60' LG UHD TV. Both TV's are certainly connected to the Internet, you can easily connect to your Netflix, Disney+ etc accounts! To make watching movies or your favorite sports not only a visual pleasure on the large HDTV, it is equipped with a soundbar for great sound, too. If you want to listen to music from your smartphone, you can easily connect it via Bluetooth to the soundbar as well.
Our couch in front of the fireplace is a great place to have a look into our guest information, to plan your next trip or to simply read a book. Open or close the doors to the living room as you like.
If you want or have to work during your holidays, you can do so in our office space. You can connect your laptop via WiFi and use our 4in1 printer. If you need a break, open the glass sliding doors to the pool area and feel being on holiday within a heartbeat again.

The kitchen is well equipped with new big french door refrigerator, new gas stove& oven, new dishwasher, mirocowave, coffee machine, toaster etc. A highlight for coffee fellows is the new Nespresso Vertuoline!
You will find plenty of utensils, dishes and a variety of glasses. From the kitchen you have a good overview over dining area, living room and parts of the pool area.
Our dining area features a large table and enough space for up to eight people and has got some comfortable chairs.
Or dine outdoors on our lovely courtyard, with standard seating for six people. Seating can be extended to eight within a minute by using the easy to carry, matching style table and chairs from the pool area. On our courtyard you will find a large charcoal grill for having a great B-B-Q. The courtyard is surrounded from three sides by the house, which shields the area from winds on a chilly day. It opens to the east, you will love watching the sun rising, and the view of the small pond&plants.

Our pool is about 25x16ft and about 7ft at the deepest point. It's located southeast, hence in the sun from the morning till the afternoon. The pool has been upgraded with new pebble surface, tiles and LED lights. A new quality electric heat pump ensures you can use the pool all year round. Your kids will enjoy the variety of pool toys.

The laundry room is located behind the office, so the washer and dryer will not disturb you in the living area or your sleep at all.

As inhabitant of a house located in the Golden Beach area, you can enjoy the privilege of exclusive access to Golden Beach private beach and its amenities. You can walk there in about 8minutes, or get there in 2minutes by bike. With our parking sticker you can also park your car at the private parking lot. Given the exclusive access this private beach is never crowded. You can stroll along the beach to the Venice Pier or in the other direction to Venice public beach.
