Spectacular Sunrises and Sunsets!!! SPECIAL NIGHTLY RATES 1/6/26 - 1/14/26

Stunning Decor, private, 3-story bayfront home located on the island of Casey Key in Nokomis, Florida. We are just south of Sarasota on the Gulf Coast. This spacious, three-story home boasts its own private heated pool, hot tub, a Putting Green, two sunrise balconies overlooking the bay and two sunset balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The top floor is NEWLY RENOVATED from floor to ceiling. Its open floorplan includes a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with a huge 10' island, a bar with wine fridge and ice maker, living room, dining room, powder room, a master suite with private bath and two balconies. Also has all new furniture and decor throughout!

The middle floor has 3 new master suites, each with their own private baths. This floor also includes a family room with a new sectional, table and chairs, a 60" flat screen TV and a large deck that sits over the water overlooking the bay. This deck provides spectacular views of the waterway, boats, dolphins, manatee, and the drawbridge to the mainland. The deck also has new furniture including a sofa, chairs and fire table.

The lower floor houses the garages with a paddle board, kayaks and bikes for your use. We also have chairs, coolers and toys for the beach and pool and a pier, great for fishing. There is also a full bath just outside the garage door across from the pool.

Outdoors, enjoy putting on our new putting green as well as relax by the pool with our new padded sling furniture. Table and chairs and plenty of loungers too.

Outside our home has all new windows, a new aluminum roof and is newly painted.

Inside our home is newly renovated including new carpet throughout, paint, new furniture, mattresses, lamps and decor.

Enjoy walks on the beautiful white sand beaches of Casey Key while looking for shells and shark teeth. Our home sits on the bay water and the private beach is just steps away. You can also walk the beach or road to the public beach in 5-10 minute.

Boating and jet-skis are also available at the nearby marina. Golf, tennis, local restaurants, and shopping are only minutes away and just a short drive north is Sarasota, Florida where you can find music, theater, galleries, and more shopping.

Close by: Siesta Key/Beach, Downtown Venice, Downtown Sarasota and St. Armands Circle

Easy Day trip include: Tampa, Naples, Orlando, Marco and Sanibel Island

Summer vacation

Our week stay at Casey Key was amazing. This property is exactly as described. Recently remodeled, absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, great location. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Great stay

The house is beautiful. It has everything you need. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The private beach access path was great. It's a very short walk to the ocean. The pool was perfect. Lots of stuff within walking distance - Pop’s Grill, Pop’s Pizza (takeout), and ice cream shop. Downtown Venice Beach is just a short car ride away.

Good to be Back

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the Casey Key house.The house is perfect for any big groups. We stayed here about 10 years ago and it was great to come back. The renovations that were recently made are great.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this well designed vacation home. In addition to amenities like bay access, swimming pool, putting green, we also used the private beach access path nearly every day.

Vacation Getaway

Beautiful home just newly remodeled. Just 60 seconds from the ocean. Had all the amenities you could think of; bikes, kayaks, beach and pool items. My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. My son especially enjoyed the putting green.

Beautiful Family Christmas

Beautiful, peaceful views of the intracoastal waterway and Gulf of Mexico from this stunning home. Great room/kitchen was perfect for meals and family gatherings. Walk across the street to access a fantastic stretch of beach or a heated pool and spa are just outside the front door. Decks on front and back of house were great places to relax. Grandparents to teens loved celebrating Christmas at this spot in paradise.

Loved our Stay on Casey Key

We stayed the week of June 11th. The house is great! There isn't a bad view, especially from the numerous decks at night. Location is perfect. The walk to the beach is short and easy and the garage is packed with all the beach supplies you could need. One of the best parts was the pool, it was so convenient after a day at the beach. The kids loved fishing off dock which was also perfect when we needed to pick the family up after renting a boat. We have stayed in properties all up and down the gulf coast and this property is far and away the best we have stayed in. It checks every box for us. The only negative is we had to leave!

Nice Beach House for a large group gathering

The house definitely lends itself to a large family/group gathering. Unfortunately, due to Covid19 and Christmas travel concerns our family was not able to join us as we had original planned so instead we just invited 2 close friends. The house would be very comfortable for multiple couples to share and the elevator is a big plus for bringing up the groceries and luggage. The view out the third-floor kitchen windows is to die for. We will definitely keep the house in mind should we ever consider renting a large house in the area again.

The sweetest spot!

Casey Key We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful home. We wanted a quiet stay away from everyone and we found it! It has so many areas for relaxing, and even though it was just the two of us, the house has room for a family with children or several couples. It has something for everyone: an uncrowded strip of beach that was fabulous for shell collection, an area for fishing off the back ( even though we didn’t have much luck in the fishing department, due to red tide, never-the-less, my husband thoroughly enjoyed it), a perfect pool and sunning area, using the provided pool noodles and floats, this girl was in heaven! The landscaping was over the top beautiful, the kitchen with everything you could want if you are cooking, which we did, on the grill, and on the stove, (but Pop’s is just down the road and was a favorite with us, great food and atmosphere, outside by the water or inside in the tiki hut….by the water), the huge back deck with the fire table was a delight for this fire lover right before and after dark to rest from a looong day of lazing around the pool, with a drink and a book and to watch all the boats coming back after their long day. I hate to say so many great things about this house, because everyone will book it before I can again, but it truly was magical to us, and I am so happy we had the opportunity to experience it. We are both dreaming of our next time there! Thank you Christine for this wonderful week in the sweetest spot in Florida, it was truly the best!

Beautiful Stay During Winter Break

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay during the first week of January. The house accommodated 10 of us very nicely. 3 couples each had their own bedroom suites and our 4 teens were split between the 4th suite and the second-floor family room. The couch pulls out and there was also a comfortable air mattress. The 3rd-floor renovations are beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location of the house was perfect being on the intercostal waterway and across the street from the beach. We fished, paddle boarded, and kayaked right off the dock behind the house. We also rented a pontoon boat from Cool Breeze Boat Rental, just a few minutes away. It was so fun to explore the intercostal waterways, including docking at a secluded beach. Our whole group enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and putting green. The landscaping makes you feel like you are at a resort! The Nokomis public beach is a short walk and our teens liked walking to the food stand there for an afternoon snack. We also had fun at the drum circle that meets every Wednesday and Saturday at sunset on the public beach. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Pop's Sunset Grill, just down the road. We liked it so much that we ate there twice! We also enjoyed an evening in Siesta Key, which was a 20-minute drive north. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The Miller Family Spring Break Not-So-Much Royal Caribbean Cruise

With the threat of a quarantine for most members of our family if we went on our long-planned Royal Caribbean cruise, we did not want to give up on a warm weather escape from Tennessee and Ohio. We started looking at house rental options and luckily found this jewel which had a last minute-cancellation. There was SO MUCH space for our party of six adults and one very active kid. Unfortunately we did not have much time to plan as we made the rental arrangement as we were driving to Florida. Otherwise, we likely would have taken advantage of the boat and kayak rentals just down the street, but we did rent bicycles from Florida Bike and Beach Rentals which delivered very good bicycles to our door. We spent most days exploring the area on our bikes and lounging in the HEATED pool and hot tub. It was quite the stress reliever. The house was furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. Towels were more than plentiful. The drying racks on the deck were an added plus and very convenient. We enjoyed most of our evening meals out, but made breakfast and lunch at home most every day. We did have an abundance of paper plates, plastic ware, etc., so we did manage to leave one trash bin near full upon departure (even though we did make the Thursday morning trash pick-up – perhaps bigger trash bins would help alleviate that situation). Although we did not take full advantage of the elevator, it is a super plus if you have seniors with bad knees and hips or anyone with trouble ambulating stairs. We all felt we needed to walk off our seafood dinners and the steps helped with that. At first we found it odd that the kitchen and main gathering space were on the third floor, but the views soon convinced us that it really made sense. Everyone could enjoy it. Too much family time can sometimes be a problem, but this house was so spacious that everyone could “escape” when needed. Christine was extremely responsive to every question. The issue with the walkway to the beach is a bit off-putting, but we had no encounters and it is very convenient. When we are back down this way, we will certainly try to stay here again. Thanks for turning what could have been a disastrous week into a real treat!

Best family time ever!

Our entire family had a fabulous week and enjoyed this house so much. Other than a minor issue with the pool spa, everything was great. The balconies are wonderful and every age guest (from 1-68) loved this house. The host promptly responded to any issue we had. We would love to go back!

visit to paradise

We had such a great time! The property is well cared for and the recent upgrades are top of the line. Well furnished-including beach and pool supplies. We loved the pool/hot tub combo and we enjoyed the putting green. The private beach access is so close and easy to access. The owner is very accessible and responsive!

A wonderful Christmas getaway

My adult children and spouses from all over the US joined me and my husband for an unforgettable winter holiday. The location of the house is perfect with water views everywhere. 2 decks in the back for fishing and relaxing with a front deck facing the pool, putting green and gulf. Each of us had our own bedroom with private bath which was so convenient. Highly recommend staying at this spectacular rental. Christine is wonderful to work with.

Friends and Family Fun!!

The house was perfect for us as we had bedrooms/with bathrooms for all 4 couples. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. (If you're not up to cooking Pelican Alley and Pops are within walking distance.) The driveway is a little tricky for 4 vehicles and watch out for the falling coconuts. There are decks on every level which makes relaxing really nice. The beach is easy to get to and the waterway makes for easy fishing. Enjoy!!

Perfect Getaway

Home was very accommodating for 5 adults allowing ample space for us all to be together or allowing for individual space as needed. Landscaping makes area feel very private.. Enjoyed watching the dolphins in the canal in the morning and evenings. Pool was very nice and relaxing with plenty of floatation devices available. The private beach easily was accessible only steps away across the road. Enjoyed the turtle tracks and markings of newly laid eggs. The driveway and parking is tight. Would definitely highly recommend this home and hope that we will be able to return again.
