We had a wonderful time in this home. It was beautiful, clean, and close to everything we wanted, needed, and more. The host was very responsive during our stay and answered all of my questions prior to even going to the property. We will be returning to this property in the future.

You can’t beat this location! A 5 minute walk from McEuen Park and Sherman Ave shops and restaurants. It was so nice not having to drive everywhere. This house is really set up well for a family, which an upstairs bonus living room area that was great for kids - including kids books and a cozy beanbag chair that our 3 year old loved. We would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Coeur d’Alene

My daughters and I stayed at this lovely home while visiting CDA. The location is ideal as it’s an easy walk to the lake, parks, shops and restaurants. As a runner I greatly appreciated having the multipurpose Northern Idaho trail go right past our door. The house is very roomy and was clean and tidy. It had everything we needed and I appreciated not having to run out for extra paper goods or basics like olive oil. All of the appliance and the AC worked well. My only suggestion, and it’s a very minor one, is to add more towel bars and hooks in the upstairs bathroom.

I grew up spending a lot time in Coeur d’Alene with my great grandparents, my grandparents were raised there. We have rented homes close to downtown area several times over the years. This home is in a wonderful neighborhood, short easy walk to downtown area. The home is well maintained, clean, beds are comfortable and is kid friendly. The parking off alley is a little tricky if you have a full size pickup or large SUV. My family loved it…we would book this home again!

CDA Marathon week

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Plenty of space. Made meals in the well stocked kitchen. Great location 3 blocks from the marathon start. Easy walk to downtown restaurants. Quick response from property manager. The steps to the second floor seemed really long after the marathon. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Location

The location of the home is perfect for anyone who wants to leave the car parked and enjoy walking downtown, to the park and/or the lake. Water was warm, bed was comfortable and they even had a few extra items to enjoy at the lake, if we needed it. The sofas and chairs were a bit wore down and uncomfortable, but we rarely stayed at the house much and enjoyed the sunsets at the lake.

Family vacation in Coeur d'Alene

Our extended family traveled from San Diego to Coeur d'Alene for several days to attend a wedding there and visit relatives in the area. This property was perfect for this vacation. It is a lovely, spacious home, particularly well suited for all ages, including our 4 and 7 year-old grandchildren. The property is within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, a beautiful park/playground and Lake Coeur d'Alene. We highly recommend this property.

CDA spa weekend - the perfect stay!

Two of my friends from work and I stayed at this beautiful home this weekend to enjoy a day at the spa at the CDA resort. This home not only matched the description shown, but it offered us the perfect spaces to bond. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and we had all the amenities we needed when prepraring food or watching a movie. We especially loved that everything we wanted to do was within walking distance so we were able to take in the downtown CDA feel aling the way. All 3 of us said wed stay there again!

Great but…

The place was wonderful however for as many people as it sleeps the hot water should absolutely last longer than it does. If I was staying longer than a day or two I would have been bothered by not having a functioning dishwasher.

2023 Trip

The property was amazing. It was very clean and had everything one might possibly need. They even provided beach towels, sand toys and a swim floaty. We loved the fact that we could park our car at the property and walk to the beach and restaurants.

Great family vacation home

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. The house is exactly as it shows on VRBO. We had a couple of hiccups (no trash bags and empty bbq propane tank) but these were quickly addressed. Thank you for a wonderful stress free wedding week!

Such a great stay!

We had such a wonderful experience in this home! We came to watch my husband race in Ironman CDA - it was in the perfect location, central and walkable to everything (race related and not) and, being 7 months pregnant with two young kids, this was crucial! The house itself was beautiful and well taken care of. There was so much space for the kids to run around upstairs and everyone had such a great time. Will definitely back!

Beautiful and clean

We were very pleased with the clean, updated and beautiful house. Some houses do not feel completely comfortable but this one did. Everything was fresh. I really loved the upgrades and decorating. This is a great house for kids too. We appreciate the extra touches.

Great location

The house and property was nice, clean, and well maintained. The location was excellent! Walking distance to downtown, the park, and the lake. We loved the extra detail of having indoor games and activities for the kids! The house had everything we needed. Checkout and checking were super easy.
