Tuscany, Casale Gressa: this beautiful fully fenced estate comprises a main villa with 8 bedrooms and a separate annex (dependance) featuring a spacious self-catering communal kitchen and dining room. The stunning covered terrace is ideal for bringing everyone together to enjoy relaxed al fresco dining and unforgettable moments in the heart of Tuscany.

Starting from the 2027 season, air conditioning will be available in all rooms, including the dependance (extra charge based on usage).

The main house has many wooden features and there are various kitchens and living rooms, which all have connecting doors, which can be opened, if you wish, to create your own apartment. Closing them allows for big groups and families to have complete privacy.
On the ground floor there is one living room with a marvellous gallery with garden furniture, located in the back of the house, where the sun shines in the morning, with views of the small lake and the beautiful virgin wildlife.
The same covered gallery is just below the ground floor, with garden furniture perfect for relaxing on.
The annexe building is used as a common room, where you will also find a kitchen.
In all the bedrooms are warm and comfortable spaces with armchairs and sofas. Satelite TV is all through the house, the common room also has a DVD player and a sound system, as well as a Wi-Fi internet connection available.
The first floor: you get here either via an internal staircase or external staircase from the garden.
There are 6 kitchens; all are a dream!
On the first floor of the main house there are two, on the ground floor there are three, and in the additional house one. If you wish you can easily make your own dinners, breakfasts, baby food etc.

The most frequently used kitchen is located in the adjoining building and has direct access to the garden, allowing you to cook for the whole group while staying connected to the large covered terrace, which is furnished with tables and chairs for everyone.

All kitchens are fully equipped with four gas burners, an electric oven, single or double stainless-steel refrigerators, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and an American coffee machine.

The common kitchen in the dependance also includes a microwave, toaster, and kettle, and features six gas burners, making it ideal for group cooking.

High chairs are available upon request. A washing machine is also available for guests’ use.

Garden terrace
In the garden there is a brick pizza oven and a brick barbecue with running water.
Next to this there is a covered patio with dining table and chairs, overlooking the pool; from here you can enjoy magnificent views of the picturesque surroundings. In the back part of the house there is another dining area, depending on whether you prefer to sit in the sun or the shade.
Thanks to its hillside location the views from here span the whole valley with the small romantic villages, churches, castles and far reaching green meadows and farmland, the grey-green pattern of the olive groves and the vines perfectly lined up.
At the end of the summer the colours begin to change, slender cypresses, oaks and walnut trees give shade, the Mediterranean herbs, shrubs and vibrant flowers make up a brilliant spectacle: a dream destination for unforgettable holidays.

Covered parking spaces are available inside the walled property with remote controlled garage doors for your privacy.

Sports facilities are available in the area.
The area is perfect for those who love walking, you can do so on your own terrain or venture out to stroll in the open air without any traffic. Mountain bikers come to Casentino for its great paths, curves, hills and mountain trails that are all around. The neighbouring town has tennis courts, the horse riding school is not very far away (8 km in the small town of Poppi) there is a golf course with a great location and panoramic restaurant. Fans of fishing can go to the nearby lake to catch carp and have a good time.

The owners have placed a great deal of emphasis in respecting the house to the full whilst renovating it. It is on a farm. In order to live up to modern standards the whole building had to be carefully restored, along with the annexe. We built beautiful bathroom with hand painted tiles, facilities with top quality materials, gorgeous furniture, some antique, stunning paintings, lamps, top quality materials for the doors, windows, floors, well equipped kitchens - all without focussing on the price so that guests feel at home.
The central heating is controlled in such a way that each thermostat creates a different ambience; so the temperature can be individually regulated according to everyone´s needs.
