Welcome to our NEW lakefront home, perfect for your getaway with family or friends.

The open concept living space includes a beautiful modern kitchen with a dining table (High Top) that seats 8 and a large island that seats 3, ideal for snack and meals. The kitchen opens to a family room with a 75" TV and large sectional sofa. This room is perfect for watching movies on Netflix or playing games we have provided.

The jewel of the home is the large covered deck with fireplace and comfortable seating. You will feel like you are living in a treehouse. This the perfect place to enjoy yo0ur morning cup of coffee or your end of the day glass of wine, listening to the sound of boats driving by.

When you are fully relaxed and ready to turn in, choose from the primary bedroom with King size bed ,private bathroom and smart TV. There is also a 2nd bedroom on the main floor with a Queen bed. Upstairs in the loft room there is Queen bed and Twin bed. A sleeping room is on the lower level with a bunk bed and bathroom .

Enjoy the lake by taking a 5 minute walk (No Stairs) right out of our home.

Wax Marina is only 10 minute drive where you can rent pontoon boats.

Mammoth Cave is 40 minutes away

Loved the back porch/deck. Hung out there and the island kitchen a lot. Plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely recommend the house.

Beautiful home! We enjoyed the layout and open space where everyone had their own favorite place to relax. The covered porch was a great spot to sit and listen to the birds in the morning. We would have liked to enjoy the hot tub, fire pit and covered porch more, but the evenings just don’t quite cool down enough in the summertime. Great rental for large families !

Definitely Superhost property and status! Very clean. Plenty of room for our family of 8, kids ages 12-21. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of linens & towels. 3 full bathrooms were a plus. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils and condiments. House cools well, as it was very hot in July. Lovely back deck with plenty of furniture. Propane grill used daily. Huge hot tub. Fire-pit stocked with wood. Dock and lake a very short walk…we visited several times a day! Good fishing from the bank. (Marina for boat rental 30 min away). Shady Hollow is a nice golf course 20 min away. WiFi and cell service good. Smart tv’s for down time. Loved the game selection (we suggest “the best friend game” for large groups. Kimberly was easy to contact and quick to reply with any questions. Perfect location for rest, relaxation, nature, laughs, quality time. Our family voted it best vaca yet and we hope to return!

Mammoth Cave Trip

Beautiful cabin in the woods. Location was secluded and was just what we were looking for. About 40 minutes to Mammoth Cave. Host was very responsive and cabin was clean and well stocked. Hot tub was awesome on the rainy nights

The house is beautiful. 7 adults and 1Child stayed at this location. The open concept made perfect for the family to hangout. The deck was a perfect tree house like settingThe host had all essential cookware and appliances in the house. Just a perfect house for a nice family getaway

Wonderfully equipped cabin

Spent a long weekend with 2 families; it was a great stay! Cabin is well equipped with kitchen items, disposables, games and more.Beautiful porch and truly secluded and private.

luxurious on the lake!

Lovely house, kitchen was great, kids enjoyed the basketball game and hot tub. Views of the lake are amazing. It's pretty isolated, get your groceries on the way in as stores and restaurants are quite limited. Great base for Mammoth Cave!

Great property

This is a well equipt kitchen! Comfortable beds and furniture. The outdoor fireplace is awesome and the seating is comfortable. The property is beautiful and private. We enjoyed this property very much! We even heard great horned owls at night! Close to mammoth as well! Great property!

Beautiful House

This house was perfect for our girls trip to the Mammoith cave area. The house is as described in listing and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The porch was our favorite hang out spot with the beautiful fireplace and plenty of seating. The house is in a remote area, which we expected and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The area is beautiful with just a short walk to Nolin Lake. It's less than an hour to Mammouth Cave. We would definitely stay here again Cave Mamcave

Birthday Celebration

This house was extraordinary. The owners have made sure that every detail is covered. I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs. This one is definitely in the top. This home has all the amenities plus more! The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms come with towels and plenty of supplies. The porch with the fireplace is just amazing. We spent so much time out there playing cards and catch phrase. Its very private and we cant wait to come back. Beds were comfy as well.

Disappointed

Beautiful home really but apparently, since it’s rural it is ok that there is a live mouse in the bedroom closet and that there is feces in the bedroom.I am familiar with rural and we don’t condone a mouse in the house. I can’t believe I stayed 2 nights to be honest. Dead bugs were found all around ..especially in kitchen. Cleaners were sent to help out after advising owner , however they were sent over unannounced and after 8pm. The house was not clean and looked like it needed a good thorough check in by the owner. Not sure where all those good reviews came from.

Perfect

This is our 2nd stay and was just as great as the first! Such a beautiful and cozy getaway! Stocked with all the necessities and plenty of space to spread out. We played board games for hours around the big table and sat out on the beautiful deck which is so peaceful. Such a great experience!

Nice getaway

Pretty house. Lots of board games to play. The plus was the air conditioning and the lake. Weather was very hot. Seniors may be advised the walk back up from the lake is not a flat climb. Grocery stores are not nearby, so we cooked in and had all the kitchen equipment needed and new stove and microwave to use. Very enjoyable.

Fantastic rental

Our family enjoyed the entire week at this property. Playing games, cooking with the family in the spacious kitchen, relaxing on the covered deck, watching movies on the big screen, launching our kayaks just yards form the house on Nolin and of course docking our pontoon just down from the house, fun was had by all. The house was spacious enough not to be on top of each other, yet still had a feeling of intimacy. We would defiantly recommend this property for any family.

Summer Family/June-July Birthdays Celebration

Very nice place. Kitchen had everything you needed. All our dinners were outside on the deck, which was terrific. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace as well. We did not walk down to the fire pit area but it looked nice. The 3 bathrooms are showers only; no tubs so if you are bringing kids - make sure they like showers! The walk to/from the lake is a bit steep so be prepared. The same with the driveway(s) if you are hauling anything.

Beautiful Cabin

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The cabin is just like how it is described and shown in the pictures. Although the interior is beautiful, we found ourselves spending most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view and listening to the birds. We enjoyed the fireplace on the balcony and the jacuzzi on the porch. It is so peaceful and relaxing with all the comforts of home. I highly recommend it - you will not be disappointed!

Awesome House (Very remote area)

This is a great house and advertised accurately, about 40 minutes to Caves using the ferry. There are two main level bedrooms (one is the primary). The 3rd bedroom downstairs is a traditional bedroom, and the 4th bedroom is more like a loft, but a serious "cool" loft with a sliding barndoor to the main lower level. If I was a kid, I would have slept there. The outside porch is awesome (lots of space) and the downstairs hot tub equally awesome. The only thing I would say was difficult was that the house numbers are not viewable from the road at the angle you can see in your car. If you are coming here at night, you will need to slow down to a creep to have your co-pilot read the house number. This place is extremely remote. The wifi was perfect. However, there are hardly any places for food nearby (grocery or restaurants). Make sure you properly plan your meals and bring ALL the food you need. We ate at the Blue Holler Cafe, which was good. The food was fresh at least. The Webb Mart is a small country store, and will cook on their grill in the evening, but it is one thing (that night was ribeyes which looked great), but unfortunately my wife does not eat red meat. Absolutely would stay here again!

Seclusion and serenity

Best VRBO to date.

This is the best property I have stayed at, by far. Excellent space and amenities. Clean and new. The hosts are wonderful.
