Enjoy the peace and quiet on a secluded 2.6 acre lakefront lot with beautiful views and direct access to the lake. 15 miles from Mammoth Cave National Park. 7.7 miles to Blue Holler Off Road Park. 4 BR, 3 BA. Sleeps 12. Master suite with king bed, balcony and lake view. The other three bedrooms have queen beds. The loft has twin bunk beds and there is another set of bunk beds in the lower level living area. Enjoy your meal on the wraparound deck. Relax in the 6 person hot tub with a stunning view of the lake, then relax by the fire pit on the concrete patio.

Everything was great and as described. We loved the seclusion and the layout was perfect for our family. The view of Lake Nolin was great, and the place had everything we needed for our stay as far as kitchen appliances, small wares, bath towels, etc... We will definitely consider staying here again if we are ever back in the area!

This was such a perfect place to stay while exploring mammoth Cave national Park. We felt completely at home, everything was in order and we enjoyed our time, relaxing on the balcony, wandering to the pier and soaking in the hot tub after a fun day in the park. Highly recommend this home away from home.

We had a great stay. The cabin is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The host was very communicative and nice. Property has a great very of the lake and a wonderful dock with a swimming ladder. We had a great time, Lake Nolin is beautiful.

Wonderful secluded location with great lake views. This house had all the amenities our group of 10 needed, and we especially enjoyed fishing off the dock, soaking in the hot tub, and roasting marshmallows for s'mores on the Solo Stove. Kids caught upwards of 30 fish in a couple of hours! Highly recommend this cabin for a family stay.

Nice and secluded quiet location. We loved the hot tub and fire area on the porch. The family was able to relax and chat. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of kitchen ammenities and the grill for outdoor cooking.

Amazing Lakeside Retreat Near Mammoth Cave

Our kids say "FIVE STARS!" (and parents agree!) The house is beautiful, lakeside location serene, and great central location for Mammoth Cave activities. Secluded but accessible - perfect family spring break spot!

The home was amazing. Beautiful inside and out! The upper and lower deck overlooking the lake made for a great view! The property had everything we needed for our weekend trip. We would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and Sandra was a positive and helpful host. we found the house and setting to be very well suited to our needs.it was nice to have access to the lake, although it is a bit of a challenging trek down to it.We had a couple fishermen in our group and they were pleased with the fishing around Nolin Dam. The hot tub was in great shape. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. The house is quite secluded so we enjoyed the privacy and quiet. Mammoth Cave is about 40 minutes away and a nice drive. We were able to take the Historic tour and it was very appealing to teens and adults alike. Sandra was accessible and quickly answered the few questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this property and personally would like to come back in the summer season sometime.

Fun drive to a tucked away gem

This a wonderful place to stay while enjoying the mammoth cave area. It’s a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view of Nolin lake. The owner was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and enjoyed the hot tub despite all the rain given that is protected by the upper level deck. The kids were sad to leave, but got one more chance to enjoy the drive out of cub run. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was spotless and had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The views of Nolin Lake were absolutely stunning - especially from the patio, which was perfect for morning coffee or just unwinding in the evening. We really enjoyed spending time around the firepit, grilling on the gas grill, and soaking in the hot tub. The drive to Mammoth Cave was easy, around 45-50 minutes. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway with beautiful scenery!

Check in was simple. We received the instructions before the check in time. Kitchen had the essential pots and pans, etc. Beds were comfortable. Be aware that some of the beds are not separated from common areas so if some people stay up late it could keep others awake.Fire pit is a Solo stove and easy to use. Didn’t try to use the hot tub.

This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit out back, and several nights in the hot tub. Wi-Fi access was great , and the kids had access to Netflix after a day on the water, or after Mammoth Cave. We did have to relocate the coffee, pot as the two outlets near the stove would not work.The helpful tips in the guidebook, plus Sandra’s messages gave lots of information about the area. We ended up renting a boat from Moutardier for two days. The hike to and from the dock is a bit steep, but I get the impression the rental is still in progress as far as landscaping & dock access. Nolin Lake is beautiful with tons of wildlife. Very peaceful. Overall, this is a great property. We would definitely return.

Mammoth Cave National Park Long Weekend

We stayed for three nights for a long weekend visit to Mammoth Cave National Park. We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the stay at this cabin. Everything was immaculate (and we're tough critics on cleanliness.) The cabin is well-stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, for the grill, and the beds and bathrooms. The hot tub and the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake were the cherries on top. It's a secluded place where we felt like we truly got away from the demands of work and school for a few days. The great room/kitchen/dining room area was perfect for our family of eight. We didn't even really get to use the new bar and living room area on the ground level because we enjoyed the other areas so much, but those are great gathering areas too. Sandra was super helpful and the tips for restaurants and groceries were excellent. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Take your family or group here. You won't regret it.
