The space
There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and a twin over twin bunk bed. There's a sleeper sofa, a queen air mattress and two sectionals, a crib and a pack n play. 2 dining areas and a play room! A beautiful open concept area semi formal dining and breakfast bar. The master has it's own TV as well as an ensuite with a large tub and shower, plus a large walk in closet with a crib. There's a large yard with grass that's great for outdoor activities.

There is Coffee, toiletries, washer/dryer, iron, hair dryer, plus toys and books for kids. There are 3 desks for work as well as a Lego/homework table in the upstairs living area. There is no guest access to the garage.

Guest access
Two cars can park in the driveway. Two cars can also park on the street, but neighborhood regulation asks that you do not leave a car on the street for more than 24 hours. We have never had a problem, but just keep that in mind. There is usually room for more cars across the street as well. Please do not block the mailbox

Other things to note
We have a strict no party policy. However, this home is set up for large families. We ask that quiet hours are respected between 9:00pm and 8:00am.

We do not allow pets. We do not make exceptions for pets due to severe allergies. Thank you for your understanding.
