Vitality Villa Mariante is duplex apartment spreading over 200 square meters, located on the 1st floor of a family house offering 4 air-conditioned specious king bedrooms, vitality room with sauna,
3 bathrooms, 1 toilette, fully equipped open plan kitchen, living room with dining area that opens onto a terrace which offers a great view
It is safe and peaceful seaside area, great for walking, jogging and cycling and if you want to enjoy Dubrovnik but escape the hustle of the Old Town this is the place to stay.
Use our kayaks and explore Ombla river, its surroundings and local beaches.
3 kayaks (max.load 250kg each) are available which can hold 6 adults and 3 children.
One free private parking space is provided and reservation is not required, note that there is narrow access for larger SUV and minivan vehicles.

The house is beautiful, great decor, very comfortable. The area is stunning, very easy and pleasant walk to the bus. Our hosts were lovely and patient, friendly and helpful. It really helped make it a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful and spacious apartment

Our family of 7 stayed a week here in July. The apartment was even nicer than on the photos, the owner very helpful and pleasant. It is 6-7 mins drive to Dubrovnik in a quiet area at the local marina. Kayaks were a bonus.

We would give this house more than five stars if we could. As Americans, we had no idea what to expect. It was better than we could’ve imagined and it was so nice having a host that spoke such wonderful English. Our host met us, helped carry luggage to the house, and was so friendly and gracious. We cant say enough about how beautiful the house was. It looked brand new with a contemporary and elegant decor. The kitchen had everything we needed and more.The host also provided a big bowl of fresh fruit and a nice bottle of wine upon our arrival. We had breakfast on the patio each morning with a beautiful view of the boats and the mountain side. Having laundry facilities was a plus. We would definitely highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a beautiful rental and a wonderful host.

Incredible Hospitality

Marijo was so incredibly nice and so hospitable. When my daughter became sick during our stay, Marijo made homemade soup and shared some of his veggies from his garden. His place was so inviting. I highly recommend this place. Very short uber or bus ride to Old Towne

Wonderful rental property

Marijo is a great host and his property is superb. The home is spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. The large patio is a wonderful place for breakfast. The bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk. The buses are are frequent and drop you off at the entrance to the old city (15 minute bus ride). A marina is a very short distance from the house and a fun place to kayak. Three grocery stores are very near by. This rental in Komolac is the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring Dubrovnik.

Villa Mariante

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Mariante. We found it to be spacious, clean and light, generally well equipped and with high quality furnishings etc. We felt very comfortable there for our 10 day stay. Villa Mariante is in a good location for exploring the surrounding area. We had a hire car and found numerous nice beaches and towns along the coast to visit, plus it is possible to drive across the borders to Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina (which we did, and found it straightforward). There are also various bus routes from Komolac, so a car is not essential, although we were glad to have ours to explore the wider area. Komolac itself is a nice area - very picturesque, nice marina, restaurants and grocery stores within a few mins walk from the house. Marijo is an excellent host - very friendly, informative and helpful. We would happily return!

Incredible!

My family (3 generations) all stayed here in Marko's home and it was perfect. Location: For our family we love being close enough to town but far enough away to have a tranquil wind down. This location was perfect. The bus was super easy and accessible, only about a 15min ride to Old Town Dubrovnik. And it was incredible peaceful for our evenings. Its positioned right next to a beautoful river eith a few great resturants within walking distance. Home: The accomodations were well appointed, super clean and sized so nicely. We all felt like we had our own space to retreat to as necessary. Oh and the AC was excellent for us Alaskans in the heat! The beds were comfortable. I missed my own pillow a bit but other than that the sheets and comfortable felt like home! Lets see... Hospitality and checkin: Checkin was smooth, we were meant at checkin, shown a few things and offered keys. (Every room had a key to the room and to the front door which was really nice for coming and going). They offered a nice welcome gift which was a beautiful touch. Overall if you're looking to travel to Durbovnik and you dont want to be right in old town. This home truly is perfect!We will be coming back to Croatia and visiting Marko again. Truly a extrodinary place, history and people. And Marko's home felt like home to us. Thank you Marko to you and your family for hosting us. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed the space, your garden and Komoloc's people and resturants.

Exceptional

I am just back from spending a week in this extraordinary accommodation. It is very modern, spacious and tastefully decorated. Fully furnished and equipped with just about everything you might need and more. Every aspect was thought of and well appointed. Not to mention the serene but breathtaking location right beside the river and marina, with spectacular views of the mountains from the balcony. Takes about 15 minutes by car to Dubrovnik’s Old Town centre, and it is a short walk from bus stops to get the bus into town if you haven’t rented a car. The description and photographs on the website are very modest and not exaggerated. In fact, this Villa is even nicer and more spacious than it appears to be. There were five of us and we never felt crowded. Loretta & Marijo were the perfect hosts. Very friendly, welcoming and warm. They treated us like family, were very helpful with recommendations and readily available to answer any questions. They even invited us along to the annual neighbourhood gala event. We had a truly amazing holiday and stay at Vitality Villa Mariante, and I would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you again, Loretta & Marijo for helping us to have an amazing holiday stay. What a wonderful home and amazing host!!!

I arrived on December 23rd from New York alone in this beautiful home in Dubrovnik. I was greeted by Mario the host. It was raining that day and since everything was closed on December 24th he offered to drive me in the store awaiting for me for over an hour so I can get grocery for my family- because everything was closed on December 24th. I was so surprised and grateful to Mario- he went above and beyond my expectation. I was greeted by a clean, lovely home and gift basket - fruit and wine on the kitchen table. Mario even bought a Christmas tree and decorated the stairway in occasion for Christmas Holidays. This truly warmed my heart and my family was so happy to stay in such a lovely home to celebrate Christmas. I had my cousins and my parents hosted in the house. My father had health challenges, due to a stroke and heart attack, and Mario and his wife made sure to meet all of our expectation during our stay. On the second day my cousins left, and Loreta, to change the sheet and have fresh towels during our whole stay. Mario and Loreta recommended local spots, restaurants and directions during our whole stay. My husband injured his leg during our vacation- Mario was recommending remedies, and also pointed us of the pharmacy that was open during that time- The house had lemon and orange tree and Mario and Loretta offered us to freely pick fresh oranges and lemons any time ,which we did and to our surprise we brought some home to New York. Amazing home and hosts!!

Peaceful and friendly place

We stayed at Vitality Villa Mariante the week of the 4th of July. It was about 25-30 minutes from the airport and 15 mins from Dubrovnik. Marijo greeted us at their place with fruit and a bottle of wine. He was the host with the mostest! He patiently answered a lot of our questions and showed us around. The house was two floors with 3 1/2 bathrooms. Two rooms were master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It was spacious for the six of us, and we each had our own room. Although we didn't cook that much, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. It was a bonus to have a washing machine since we'd been traveling for work and needed to wash our clothes. The patio was great with a sunshade, but the mosquitos could be challenging, so we mainly stayed indoors, with the ACs. We also got to use the kayaks and the house is off the river, so it was really easy to kayak down there. Marijo helped us to book a boat trip to the sandy beach and the Blue and Green Caves, which is something one should do coming to Croatia. The house has a sauna but we didn't use it because it was quite hot, but it will be a great bonus if it's cold. He was definitely taking good care of us, and we text him whenever we have questions, and he answered them promptly. He also gave us some vegetables from his garden and lavender. The Vitality Villa Mariante is a great find and an oasis away from Dubrovnik. We highly recommend this place if you come to Dubrovnik.

Vitality Villa Mariante" is located in the beautiful area of Rijeka Dubrovacka and only a 5-minute drive to the center of Dubrovnik.
It's an excellent natural harbor for the Marina Dubrovnik situated here, where numerous yachts from all over the world spend the winter season.
There are few restaurants within walking distance and couple of grocery stores. The nearest beach is approximately 2 km away from the property.
