Conveniently located near DFW Airport, AT&T Stadium, Toyota Music Factory and Dallas, plus an EV charger on-site.

Guest Access:

We provide a self-check-in service. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you all the necessary instructions for accessing the home one day prior to your arrival via the Airbnb message thread. Be sure to keep an eye out for it. Rest assured, we'll be available to assist you during your check-in process should you need any help.

Other Things to Note:

•⁠ ⁠Pool & hot tub: Enjoy your private pool and hot tub. The pool is not heated and has no underwater lighting. Feel free to use the house towels for the pool—there’s a washer and dryer available for your convenience.



•⁠ ⁠Maintenance: The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice weekly in summer and once weekly during the rest of the year. The technician enters through the backyard gate. Landscaping takes place weekly. Some leaves or seasonal insects may appear between visits; please message us if anything needs attention.



•⁠ ⁠Pets: House-trained pets are welcome for $150 per pet, per stay, plus applicable fees and taxes. Please include your pets in the reservation and clean up after them.



•⁠ ⁠Guests: The home accommodates up to 11 registered guests. An additional $39 per guest, per night applies form guests 7 Parties and unregistered visitors are not permitted.



•⁠ ⁠Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. A $500 charge applies for indoor smoking.



•⁠ ⁠Security: Two exterior cameras record continuously: one at the front door overlooking the front yard and one facing the driveway and vehicles. There are no indoor cameras.



•⁠ ⁠Entertainment: Smart TVs offer streaming apps; please use your own accounts. Cable TV is not provided.
