Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad you found the home and neighborhood pleasant overall, and we're sorry the pool, the small maintenance items, and the check-in and gate-code details fell short. We've walked the property with our team and worked through your list — pool service, blinds, lighting, seating, pest treatment, and trash pickup — and we've tightened up our check-in messaging so codes arrive well before arrival. We appreciate the specifics and would welcome the chance to host you again.

Thank you for your review, Amy! We’re glad you enjoyed the stay overall and appreciate you sharing your feedback. We understand the nearby rooster noise and the bedroom layout may not have been ideal for your preferences, and we truly value the insight as it helps future guests set expectations. Thank you again for staying with us!

Hi Danny, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re very happy to hear that your family enjoyed celebrating your wife’s birthday at the home and that overall you had a great stay together. We also appreciate you bringing the bunk room cooling issue to our attention. We understand how uncomfortable that must have been, and we will review this feedback carefully with our team to see how we can improve comfort in that space for future guests. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we would love to host you and your family again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our open concept house with the fireplace and pool. It's fantastic to know that the cleanliness met your expectations and that you found the communication with us to be smooth and efficient. We're glad the house provided ample space for your family of 11 and that you appreciated the neighborhood's charm. Being only 18 minutes away from ATT Stadium must have been a convenient bonus! We strive to make our guests' experiences enjoyable, and we're thrilled to learn that your vacation with the family was a pleasant one. Your mention of the straightforward check-out instructions is appreciated, as we aim to make the departure process as hassle-free as possible for our guests. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you and your family again in the future. If there's anything specific you enjoyed or any areas where we can improve, please feel free to let us know.

Hi Luis, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the experience you described during your stay. We would like to respectfully clarify that as soon as the concerns were reported, our team immediately coordinated additional cleaning support and took steps to address the situation during the stay. In Texas, especially during warmer months, pest activity can occasionally occur despite regular preventative treatments, particularly after heavy rain or extreme heat. However, we absolutely understand how upsetting and uncomfortable this experience must have felt. We also want to mention that we take cleanliness and pest prevention very seriously, and the property is regularly serviced and maintained. Your feedback has been shared with our team so additional preventative measures and inspections can continue to be implemented. Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

Comments like yours are extremely valuable and help us continue improving the property and guest experience.
