A Few Helpful Notes
Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

-Construction is currently taking place across the lake. While it is not on the resort property, and occasional daytime noise may be heard, most guests continue to enjoy the peaceful location and beautiful lake views from the balcony.
-Vista Cay Resort amenities are maintained by the HOA and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.
-Due to severe allergies, this is a strictly pet-free home. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies. We kindly ask that you let us know before booking if travelling with a service animal so we can help prepare for your stay.
-Resort regulations do not permit commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, or jet skis on the property.
