With 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and room for up to 16 guests, there's space for everyone to spread out and settle in. Wake to ocean views, spend your days barefoot in the sand, and your nights laughing over shared meals and board games.

We've thought of everything, so you can focus on what matters most: time together.

At Skooped Up Stays, we believe vacations should be easy, joyful, and unforgettable. Boho Beach Vibes was designed as a space for big families and friend groups to truly connect—with room to gather, relax, and make memories just steps from the sand.

Our small team is here to make your stay seamless—from self check-in to thoughtful touches like filtered water, baby gear, and board games. We’re available for questions or support daily between 8am and 9pm. If something urgent comes up outside those hours, we’ll do our best to help as quickly as possible—but otherwise, we kindly ask that all non-emergencies wait until morning.

We are located along the permitted beach area - no overnight beach camping or fireworks allowed. Just minutes from restaurants, bars, and shops. Our beach is large and not quite as busy as the beaches closer to town!

Enjoy full private access to the home and yard, with generous parking in the driveway and beneath the house. Street parking is also available.

Sleeping Arrangements:

- 2 King Bedrooms with en-suite baths and TVs
- 2 Queen Bedrooms with adjacent baths and TVs
- 2 Bunk Bedrooms (Queen-over-Queen) each with en-suite baths

The Area:

Stay steps from the sand on Surfside Beach. Spend your days swimming, shell collecting, and soaking in the sun. A Surfside permit allows for daytime beach driving and parking—but no overnight camping or fireworks are allowed.

We accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably but enforce a strict no-party policy to ensure our home remains a welcoming space for all.

Guests are required to complete guest verification through our third-party insurance provider (Truvi) prior to check-in, ensuring peace of mind for both our guests and our property. Guests are given the choice between a $500 refundable security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Please note: Heavy rain may result in minor flooding beneath the house. Vehicles remain safe, and we continue to work on solutions.

Direct and VRBO bookings: any refunds due to cancellation are subject to a 4% processing fee as detailed in our cancellation policy.
