Cozy beach house gulf front with direct and visual access to the beach. This house has large patio deck. Sleeps 10 Comfortably. Two full bathrooms & half bath with outdoor shower. One bathroom with a shower the other with a tub. Good for couples trip, romantic getaway and families with children.

-We are pet friendly. We do ask that our furry friends please don't lounge on the furnitures and beds.

-There is no longer a pool as it has been covered for additional deck space.


-Surfside is known for fire ants. We have Action pest control scheduled on a bimonthly basis.


-There is one Ring floodlight surveillance camera with motion detection lights facing the driveway. It is located over the carport. It is recording both video and audio. We don’t monitor it. It is is there just in case for safety reasons. There are no other cameras inside our outside of the home.

-To assist us with preparing for the next guests, we ask that guests please wash and dry used towels prior to departing, if possible. This helps us with the turnaround during busy season. Most guests don't mind and do one load of laundry the morning of departure.

-We don’t provide shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. There will be plenty dish/hand soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper available.

-We don’t provide seasonings, salt and pepper, aluminum foil, paper towels or zip lock bags. Please bring your own.

-There are pots, pans, dinnerware and silverware and grilling tools available. I can provide photos upon request.

-There is a 12 cup Mr Coffee available as well as a Keurig. Please bring coffee and coffee accessories like sugar, cream etc. There is a blender and a toaster available as well as a plastic juice pitcher and cooler.

-There are two tv's with Direct TV. One in the master and the other in the living room.

-There is a charcoal grill on the deck. Guests at bring their own charcoal, lighter and fluid. We do have plenty grilling tools. I can provide a photo upon request.
