This single-level Moroccan-style home offers the perfect environment for snowbirds looking for an alternate vacation style and enjoy a true piece of paradise. It is located in a typical yet refined neighborhood 1 block from the new Marina La Cruz and 3 blocks from the closest swimmable beach where endless activities await.

Casa la Kasbah is spacious and tastefully decorated with a focus on an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. All of the living areas open onto a 6,000-square-feet lush grassy lawn, a large free-form multi-level swimming pool and a natural stone waterfall. The patio off the kitchen has a beautiful limestone fountain and a large jet tub in the master bathroom. Fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need : appliances, glassware, cutlery, dishware, bakeware, utensils, toaster, blender, microwave oven, 5-burner stove and refrigerator. You will also be delighted to find a complete BEACH KIT which includes 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 ice cooler and 2 boogie boards for your enjoyment

Beyond the kitchen, you will also find a washer and dryer area as well as your own pantry. Fish, shrimp, lobster and meat barbecues will create unforgettable moments by the pool as well as candle-lit romantic dinners under the moon.

The town of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle boasts everything from funky spots where you can enjoy all types of music to a number of fabulous world-class restaurants. Punta Mita with the Four Seasons and St Regis resort and world class golf courses are just 12 minutes away by car and Sayulita, the well known surfing village is just a 15 minute drive. Shop with locals at the Wednesday market for your fresh veggies, pad into town daily to pick up fresh tortillas, dine on superb street food or elegant cuisine, stroll the marina boardwalk with locals & vacationers alike, partake in the seemingly-constant local celebrations & festivals in the plaza, or become a part of the energetic la Cruz music scene at night! Of course there is always the choice of just staying at home; indeed that is exactly what many of our guests choose to do!

For stays up to 7 nights, optional housekeeping service is available for a fee with 4 days advance notice.
For stays of 8 nights and more, a 4-hour weekly maid service is mandatory to ensure necessary minimum maintenance and hygiene standards in the premises. Cost is $28 usd per service, payable directly to the housekeeper at the end of each service.

Swimming pool is heated from November 15 to April 15 and temperature is at 29-30 degrees Celsius (84-86 degrees Fahrenheit) year round. Changes in temperature occur 24 hours after thermostat modification.
